      On 9/5/21 I purchased the workout plan for 57.00 then i decided that I didn't want to purchase it after all I just exited out of the page then I got an alert that my card was charged 134.23. I would like a full refund as I did not authorize this charge. I sent them an email stating I wanted a refund and they sent an email back congratulating me on getting a plan and to start my plan. I would just like a full refund of my 134.23.

Our Money Back Guarantee offers to cover the first 30 days from the date of purchase. Also, our system can't charge a credit card unless it's manually entered and it passes our CCV and zip code check. When the client reached out on September 5, 2021 requesting to cancel and refund their recent purchase which is the Fat Loss Extreme and Custom Diet Plan bundle we've immediately responded and processed the request. An email confirmation and refund receipt was sent confirming the refunded transaction.

      I purchased the V shred program for $61.70 on August 5th 2021 with the disclaimer that if you're not satisfied with the program you can cancel within 30 days and receive a full refund. I started to gain weight on the program I attempted to get help no one helped me understand why I was gaining weight They just wanted to sell more crap that I didn't want. I then attempted to request refund and have yet to hear back from anyone. I called customer service on August 22nd no one answered I left a message no 1 called me back.i called again August 23rd during normal business hours was on hold on the phone for over an hour nobody answered. I've emailed on August 24th and haven't heard back from anybody I also contacted several people that are associated with the program on their Facebook account and no 1 has yet helped me gain access to refund of any sort all I want is my money back as promised I'm not satisfied with the program and I'm definitely not satisfied with the lack of contact

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/08/31) */ Tanya N****** first email to [email protected] was on 8/28/21 stating "My next move is to contact the better business Bureau if I cannot get a response." The customer purchased Fat Loss Extreme on 8/6/21. We were unable to find any other conversations under any other emails. Later that day, (8/28/21) Tanya called and left a voicemail claiming she has attempted to email and call us multiple times and has gotten no response.Our phone team reached out and left a voicemail the same day. We have refunded Ms. N****** purchase in full as of today. She will see this on her end in the next 3-5 business days.
