    First of all, it shows online that this is a courier company. I went to their store to send something to *****. My relatives in ***** received the package more than a month ago and found that 2 of the 4 bottles of Q10 inside were broken. We found that they did not take any precautions to protect the items. They did nothing to separate the items or fill in the extra space in the carton. They just let the items clatter in the cardboard boxes for more than a month. They are extremely irresponsible to their customers. Later, I contacted their boss, but they made various excuses, refused to compensate me, and even blocked my contact information. Secondly, they also sell many other things in the store, including food, and some of the food is sold directly on the floor. Does the courier company have a business license to sell food? Finally, they only accept cash or bank transfer, no credit cards, and don't provide any invoices. Therefore, if there is a package damage or quality issue, you cannot contact them to claim compensation. Also, it's a busy store so they definitely have tax issues. Please investigate.
