    I have been to enough ********** to know that they are not like they used to ****** they all sale expired food!They do not value any customers and this complaint about them, is my last since I will never visit another ********** IN ANY STATE EVER AGAIN.On 09/03/24, I went to the ********** at ************************************* ****************************** not be played, I went inside and ordered at the Kiosk.I verbally asked for my food to be made fresh!They said all of their food is made fresh and that was their first LIE!While waiting for my food, I saw someone come out of the restroom and another customer asked to go in and the manager said, it's out of ******** clearly wasn't since the other customer used it.They told him to go somewhere else. And then they started ignoring him.The customer then decided to pull his pants down and go on the floor.After the manager was notified she decided to have a yellow cone placed next to the ** and they went back to work.That place smelled like an ALLY!My food came and it wasn't fresh at all, so I asked for a refund and all of a sudden the supervisor, only speaks Spanish and walked away.NOT ONLY is ********** bad for your health but they do things that could get a bad reaction!I wanted my refund but not enough to chase her around kitchen! I am not going in your register either So I decided to call corporate and that was 09/03/24. I called a few times in 13 days since they did not call me. I called today 09/13 and informed corporate that since I did not receive a call and my refund, I am reporting this nasty company to *** and the Health Dept.Then my phone rang today! ****** the supervisor at that location called pretending to no nothing! Denied my refund after they dragged their feet 13 days to avoid a refund. $10.49 says GREED is all they care about. Not ** left on the floor or selling expired food My complaints are valid and I will continue putting them in since i was ignored 13 days and denied a refund on the 13th day.

    *********** haven't done right by customers for decades.

    This restaurant is no different than the others.

    I have given back OLD FRIES after requesting for fresh and I have witnessed that person I am assuming she was a supervisor, toss my fries back into the bin where the other stale fries remained.

    I reported it and like usual nothing happened... NOTHING EVER DOES!

    So I am not surprised that *********** didn't respond to my complaint.

    They are nasty, they discriminated against a paying customer by denying him access to the restroom.

    Simply because he was OLD AND WHITE.  And yes it will still be wrong no matter what his ethnicity was.

    They know that every excuse they come up with will amount to nothing. They allowed other customers access to the restroom just not him.

    To leave BM on the floor and place YELLOW CONES NEAR IT, is simply triflin and unsanitary and they did not care.

    I do not think *********** will be responding anytime soon since they were nasty and would have to explain that!

    That helped me seal the deal.

    I do not visit anymore McDonalds since the people they hire are promoting lies and unsafe food in an unsanitary restaurant.

    But since this complaint isn't being taken seriously by them, I will now complaint to the health department and send them the picture of what the customer left on the floor OUTSIDE

    the restroom and the yellow cones that management placed next to it.
