    I explained to them my financial hardship right now and told them I could pay them my next paycheck. I was 65 days late. They said no problem. They repossessed my car Friday night with all my belongings in it knowing the tow company was closed till Monday and I have nothing now. It's the holidays, how inconsiderate can they be. My purse and everything I own was in there.

    Horrible company sold me a lemon car and repossessed it now trying to sue me again. I wish they would leave me alone! This was over 7 years ago

    Horrible Company! They work slowly on refinances and make the customer absorb the accrued interest. What kind of business is that? The customer service is non existent. They sound like they are reading the script the whole time. I will NEVER do business with them again! Ever.

    This company is so bad is doesn’t even get a rating in my eyes. I got a car from them they repoed my car for no reason. I had made arrangement to pay the car off early then representative I spoken to said that he had put the information on my account but I come out and the car is gone. Saying I defaulted on an agreement when I wasn’t behind on any payments. Where they do that at. Then they were calling me and emailing every day until I answered and made an agreement to buy the car today for $1800. But here’s the kicker when I go to pay the balance GUESS WHAT they have sold the car just today after an agreement was set. I wish nothing but failure and bankruptcy on this company.. remember you reap what you sow…

    The worse !!!! This is the most unprofessional company. Their employees are careless and they are not trained properly. They get paid to make calls all day and they will call 2-3 times a day even after making arrangements because they don’t notate their calls. I cannot wait to get away from them and refinance with a real company.

    this company is not good for business at all i keep calling them and they keep sending me too different departments a few representatives hung up on me because I guess they did not want to help me all I’m asking for something so simple

    I would never do business with this company again. On November 11th I finance a car through Western Funding and they gave me interest rate of 27.46 for a car which I think is a very high interest rate. All I did was question the interest rate which I'm allow to and on November 15th my was cancel without me being notify of them doing so. I signed all the loan documents and I never received a call to be interviewed about the loan. The dealership (Discount Auto Sales and Services in Paterson NJ) where I got the car from reported the car stolen and came and got the car and now they won't give me back my down payment for the car.

    If you expect to get any help from them you won't I've made my payment ahead of my due date every month for over a year and I called to ask if they could do a deferment or interest payment and they said no all they could do was move my due date a couple of days which is not going to help with my current situation in the fact it's getting ready to break down and it's either pay my payment and have a car sit for 6 months or not pay it and have it taken away. Just like a lot of companies these days they don't care about you and your situation as long as you don't miss paying them their money but if they owe you you better bet you won't get it.

    This company is AWFUL!!! They try to fast talk you like you don’t know what you’re talking about. This is my second car being financed with them and I will never use them again. This company lies, cheats, and steals. Worst experience ever!!
