    I contracted ***** **** the first week of June 2023 to accomplish a remodel of my master bathroom. He initially did all the things I'd expect a legitimate contractor to do: signed a contract, was responsive and on time, made good recommendations. However, things quickly began to unravel. - His initial estimate ballooned over the course of the job by 250%. - He damaged by baseboards and vanity.- He failed to properly slope and seal the shower pan, which is in a second floor bathroom. Within a month of completing the job water has leaked through to my first floor.- I have attempted to reach him numerous time. Have left voicemail and multiple texts. He has not responded in over 7 days of trying.
