    Ordered what I thought was a handcrafted Premium Bouquet of flowers on January 18th for Valentines Days. The website showed a beautiful arrangement that I wanted to purchase. Upon delivery of the item I received something that was nothing like the product advertised and when I reached out to the company the stated that all bouquets are subject to substitutions. I should have been made aware if there was going to be an issue with my order so thst I may have had time to select a different option or opt for a different company.

    I placed an order to have flowers delivered and they never delivered them. Looks like everyone has had the same issue with this company. I chose them because it said same day delivery and that made me think it was a local business. The order has two working phone numbers added to the order in case they had any issues nobody called saying they cant deliver. I called the number to contact them. They called back from an Alabama number the guy seemed unaware of anything and didnt even ask for a confirmation number just my name and the recipients name as if he had a list with three people on it and said that its on the truck for delivery and he will try to contact someone.

    I ordered flowers and a stuffed bear on 2/7/25 to be delivered on 2/12/25 for my daughter's 21st birthday. I placed the order so early in case of any issues they could contact me and I could make an educated decision. What was delivered was not what I ordered as you can see from the attached pics. I called and they told me that they probably ran out of what I wanted and used substitutions. What they replaced was not a nice substitution. It wasn't even close to what I ordered. I asked them to please pick up the flowers and the bear and replace with the correct order or please give me a refund. They said they would refund me $25.00. I said that was unacceptable as its not about the money but the quality of the flowers and the bear. They have not reached back out to me or issued a credit(which I do not want). If you check online you can see all the bad reviews this company has received. I wish I would have done that prior to me ordering. It also states that it is a local florist(my area of ***********, **) but they are located in *******. Can u please help me get the correct order or have them refund all of my money?

    I am rejecting this response because: It is not about the refund. I wanted what I ordered and honestly $25 is not sufficent a refund bc my order does not reflect a $93 order. If you go online you can see many complaints similar to mine about not receiving what was ordered. I also found out that they are advertising to be a local florist and they are not.

    I ordered a plant arrangement for my daughters birthday on ************, and they were not delivered. I called the company, Ruths Roses, and they said they would investigate but an E-mail immediately appeared and they said they could not refund my money because they were delivered. My daughter was home all day and they were most definitely not delivered.

    I ordered flowers, a balloon and a card from Ruths Roses to congratulate my daughter in getting into college. It was supposed to arrive today but she did not receive it. The order was $96.00.This is the order number: R-6417-068119-8905.I called customer service and asked if this was a brick and mortar store and the person I spoke to assured me it was. I called after placing the order because I saw a bad review and got worried that this might not be a reputable business. I should have done some research before placing the order but honestly, I was excited for my daughter and I just clicked on the Ruths Roses site because it looked legitimate.This evening when I called customer service to get information on the delivery I was told it was delivered. I asked to who, the representative put me on hold and did not return. My daughter has not received her flowers. I made a mistake trusting this business. I would like a ***********,Mariahadessa ******

    On February 4, 2025, I purchased a Premium Peace Lily online from Ruths Roses in the amount of $110.00 + $18.99 Service Fee + $7.70 tax = $136.69 Ruths Roses was supposed to deliver the Premium Peace Lily to my sisters husbands Fathers (******* *****) funeral at ***** ****** Funeral Home before 11am on February 8, 2025.According to Ruths Roses website, Delivery Confirmation Once your order has been successfully delivered, we will send you an email confirmation. For business addresses, please ensure someone is present to accept the delivery.I never received any such confirmation.This morning I called my sister to ask how the peace lily looked at the funeral. She said it wasnt there. She even asked the funeral director. I called Ruths Roses. They said it was delivered at 9:27am on February 8th. I told them I never received an email confirmation that it was delivered.She said they would send me one.I just now received an email confirmation today, February 10th at 10:45am to tell me the peace lily was delivered on Saturday at 9:27am.I called ***** ****** Funeral Home to inquire if they received the peace lily from Ruths Roses on Saturday and they said they did not. There were only 4 or 5 arrangements and none were from The **** Family. They also said there were no other funerals that ****** I basically paid for nothing. Ruths Roses has not refunded my money and has not offered to resolve this issue in the least.

    I searched for local flower shop to deliver flowers to a friend of mine who lost her brother. The site offers same day deliver for orders placed before 2:00 pm. I placed an order at noon. I kept calling to check the status and that is when they told me they didnt have the flowers I ordered and asked if the flowers could be delivered the next day. I was disappointed but said okay. I asked if they would be delivered in the morning and they said yes but couldnt give me an exact window. I called them multiple times today to check the status and they said they didnt know when they would be delivered but that it wouldnt be later than the afternoon. They also said they didnt know if the driver had my order. I was told I would get a delivery confirmation from the driver. I called again at 5:45 pm CT, they checked and said the order had been delivered this afternoon when in fact it was delivered at 10 minutes before I called! And I still dont have a confirmation and my friend isnt home so I have no proof that it was delivered. They offered free delivery and 45% off but I paid almost $100 for a small flower arrangement.
