    Hello,I purchased a 50# bag of rice from International Market Place on 9/5/23 in *********. When I got home, I emptied it into my rice container. Then on 9/11 I went to wash the rice to cook and I found brown bugs. I called the store and one associate said I needed the transaction # or receipt before they could do anything. I found my receipt, trans #******, and called them back. They took my information again and said someone would contact me. They didnt! I called back the next day and spoke to the manager. She was very rude and said without the original bag they could not do anything and that they have not had other complaints about bugs. So now Im out $63 and 50 # of rice. Regardless if they havent had other complaints or if I dont have the original bag, I have the receipt and something should be done about a store selling merchandise with bugs.

    Date of transaction: 10/13/2022.Money spent: $28 est What was purchased: noodles on sale Dispute: the noodles purchased ended up being EXPIRED since september! We gave the company a call and the worker who answered first claimed that they out goods on sale that were close to expiration but when we confronted them that the noodles were a month expired they changed their answer and admitted that they are selling expired goods on sale. We made the phone call to international marketplace on 10/20/2022 after consuming some of the expired goods without knowing. We ended up getting stomach aches and constipation after consuming these goods. The company worker claimed there is nothing they can do. This is horrible! The company should NOT be selling any expired goods to customers!!!
