      I placed order VFM25870 Nov 16 and have yet to receive my product. I've been charged $533.45.Every few days over the last 6+ weeks, I get an update from customer service. First it was that the "order is waiting for the dispatch schedule" and waiting for the "delivery to be finalized." Weeks passed. No shipment. Yesterday I was told that the item is now out of stock. How can it be out of stock when it's supposedly been waiting to be shipped this whole time'I feel like I'm being punked at this point but after reading how hard it is to get a refund (and the fact that I actually still want my item), I'd prefer to take my chances with getting my headboard. Please help! I just want the item I purchased. After being told it has been ready to ship for weeks, I'm now being told it's out of stock. Can you help? I'm starting to feel like I'm going insane... thanks, ******

      I purchased (and was charged for) a bed on November 26. The website said delivery estimation was December 10. By the time I got the email confirmation, it said delivery estimation was December 13. On the 13th, I received no updates and no bed. I reached out and was told it was backordered until December 20. I asked for better communication -- I understand unpredictable supply chain issues, but if it is backordered then you should say so. If there are additional delays, you should email the customers about them. I asked for the $200 shipping fee to be waived and instead they gave a $50 discount and said they would get back to me in 24 hours. It's now been several days (and is also a day after December 20) -- still no communication and no bed. I reached out again and they are now saying it is backordered until December 24. Also, the bed is currently on sale (so they could have just charged me that price and not had to give any discount!). But I now believe the company is a scam. Their website is all positive reviews and the "write a review" button doesn't work. I need my money refunded so that I can buy another bed from a more reputable and communicative company.

We apologize if the arrival of stocks has been pushed back multiple times but ports have been really backed up at an unprecedented rate. We are hoping this worldwide issue will be fixed soon.


      I am looking at our website now and not seeing any price discrepancy. Your Charm Bed was bought at $699.95 on November 26 and it is still the same price as of this writing. You maybe looking at a different size of the bed? Moreover, the Write A Review button is working too.


      We appreciate your feedback and this has definitely compelled our team to carefully reevaluate & carefully plot our course of action to support our goal of improving customer experience.

      Purchased two orders that were supposed to be combined into one delivery for October 22/23 on 9/22/21 and 10/6/21. Never showed up. On 10/23, first contact call made to have them give me the run around with no specific answers to where or why my furniture of over $3,750 wasn't delivered as promised multiple times since it was stated fully in stock. Called every single day to touch base for an ETA on delivery on 10/24, 10/25, and 10/26 since they never reached out as promised to update me on where my furniture is that I paid for. I'm at a loss for what to do since customer support talks in circles with no answers. Horrible company that I was recommending to family and friends since the ordering process was so efficient, but have since updated everyone to be wary of this company's integrity. Please help as Valyou won't!

We actually tried to check with ***** yesterday if they can accommodate a faster shipment but looks like it would be faster through our own courier since your items were already loaded in our trailer going to *******. Yay!
