      I paid almost $3500 for one of their sofas and it started unraveling in about 6 months. This is a sofa that is in a room of my house with no television and is really only used by me when I am reading and I weigh under 120lbs. They have a 40 day warranty. That was all I was told when I got in touch. I will never buy another thing from them again no matter how pretty it looks. It gets a star for that because it is very attractive but definitely not built to last.

      I have the same feeling with most of the reviews here. I wish I read these reviews before making that decision. I wish I could give them 0 star not 1. I bought a sofa. It took about 12 weeks for them to deliver. I am ok with it. When it finally came, the color of the sofa is so so so BRIGHT RED compares with a DARK RED that it shows online. I have spent almost a month now trying to talk to them to either get a replacement or return it but they keep arguing with me that "because of lighting" we have that problem. I challenge them to use any kind of normal lighting to change a the color of the sofa on their website to the color of the sofa that I receive or vice versa....then they can't give me an answer....and they just shamelessly keep talking about the "lighting effect". They told me that if I want to return, I have to take pictures before and after I pack it, and send it to them. I'm in California, and they are in Las Vegas ...and I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING FEES (about $400). After they receive it, it would take them 3 days to inspect it, if it's perfect, they will refund me what I paid - the shipping charge ($200). So, in total it would cost me about $600 and 3 months of waiting and 1 month of frustration so far.... But the question is how can I pack a big sofa like that without professional equipments and supplies so it won't damage on the way there? And for some reasons, if it damages, with this kind of company, will they refuse to refund me???? I just don't understand how they can run a business with this type of service. I'm a business owner myself... and I can't imaging I can do something like that to my customers.

      Looks Like I Should Have Checked reviews here FIRST before purchasing A Mildew smelling, stained hardware, wood rotten, 8 Months waiting delivery Bed.I Hate I Put My $2000 dolla Mattress On This Cheap Furniture. I too tried to speak with them to get it taken care of they blamed the people that put it together. I sent Muktiple pictures.They said non of the pictures show bad wood The wood frame and wooden pegs they gave for legs have fallen apart the first 2 weeks of having this trash. The mattress now sits on floor in bed They offered to send what I Need if I Purchased something else they will give me A Credit!! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING ELSE from this scamming company. I've served my country and to be treated like this by A Furniture company is So frustrating using my HArd money to buy Bullshit..They should had just told me it was coming from a 3rd world country I Could had picked it up on my deployment and made sure it was good. HOW it make it thru costumes smelling And Looking like this? This company needs to be shut down And Send all the Furniture to Pee wees Play house cause it's A Joke!! Anybody wanna buy this trash???

      Jubilee's Claims Department is Completely incompetent.

      I tried twice to give them a chance and after that I did reach out to them a third time but honestly I knew from my previous interactions with them that I was going to get nowhere. Which is why I waited to cool off before giving them a reply and piece of my mind.

      Besides taking 5 months to delivery my sectional, the carrier took off before I could inspect. Jubilee tried to deny my claim for the back piece being damaged as they pointed fingers at the driver. They then tried to get me to pay 200 to have a new one shipped. Months and months later they tell me my replacement was lost at sea. They then told me a new one was expedited. Not true. In fact, they waited so long they had to email me to tell me they changed manufacturers and I had to pick a new color of material with a slightly different color. Fast forward over a year from my original order date and 9.5 months from my claimthey send me something that doesn't even look like it was meant to be a sectional let alone mine. Their business practices are a shame. Do you think they even reached out to ask how everything was? Nope. I decided to not even waste any more time with them. They did what I figured they would do, apologize and say my claim is too old. If anyone is reading this please be aware that the likelihood of your items arriving damaged after traveling around the world is highand when that happens the odds of you getting what you paid for are not in your favor. They make empty promises and totally dropped the ball. If they had fulfilled my order at a descent time they would not have need to have me pick a new material. They also did not mention that it would be 2 inches shorter than my other pieces. Trust me, it's not worth the money/risk.

      I like the furnitures from Jubilee and bought several times in-store when I used to live in Las vegas. I have just moved to Texas and needed a lot of new furniture, because the style they have is on a different league I wouldn't want to settle for something general here. But I was worried that some stuff might get damaged now that I'm ordering to have it shipped, but I was informed it doesn't happen often and maybe one out of a hundred might get some damage due to the shipping company. I was very glad that all my furniture did get here in perfect condition in the end.

      This company is absolutely horrible! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! They still operate under the "Buyer Beware" business principles. My order arrived damaged and I followed every ridiculous delivery inspection step they gave and they still provided the most insulting resolutions to address the damaged goods. At first it was a tear in the armrest and dirt and filth all over what was supposed to be new furniture. Then the next day I realized the lights on one of the armrest was not working. They sent me lights a week later to install "myself!" After spending an hour of my time disassembling the armrest I found out that the actual lighting wiring was never installed in the first place. The monetary offering was so insulting,(they offered me $200 for a dysfunctional and damaged $4,500 sectional) so I chose to have someone come and repair the tear in the armrest and eventually the lights. It has been a month and no one has called me to set up a repair visit after weekly assurances that someone would. But even if they had, after spending hours and days talking with them trying to get them to understand that just fixing the issues isn't enough. They have collected the full cost of the sectional from me and it has been a full month that I am sitting here with a sectional that is damaged and not functional. They take no responsibility for there items once they leave the warehouse and I would bet not while it's even in the warehouse! Buying from them was the worse consumer mistake I have ever made. Absolutely un-American the way they do business!! I WISH I HAD READ THESE OTHER REVIEWS BEFORE I BOUGHT!!

      I purchased one sofa from LV, they ship to me and takes 3 months to get in my hand. BUT the sofa comes in with damaged pieces while white glove open the package. They deny the damage and want white glove team to take this serious responsibility. I called them many times and email them, they have many many excuses to avoid the resonsibility.

      I also found out they do fake review from google, yelp, and his own site. Most them are 1 review , then leave a 5 star review on google and their own website, and no any profile nothing inside. This action mislead the customer information, they should be in jail.

      If I can encourage anyone to avoid this company, I will have saved you from a headache and costly mistake. We are going on 1 year of waiting for our completed couch. Twice the final section arrived broken ad destroyed. Because it is custom we had to reorder and wait months. The third time - section was picked up Sept 7 to arrive in Denver on the 9th. You would think that Jubilee would pay attention and care. They did not which has been the case for the entire past year. Only when I called to ask about when it would be delivered did the logistics company make phone calls to Estes Freight. It is missing. No one bothered to let us know until today, October 1. Did Jubilee call to let us know? NO I have spent hours upon hours trying to get a completed couch this past YEAR!. I cannot stress enough DO NOT BUY FROM JUBILEE. Many times we called and asked to speak to managers to be told random hours like 237 pm we needed to call back. (they thought it was funny I suppose?) We were told there were no managers. We were sent to random people with different names but you could tell it was the same person. They took no responsibility for their mistakes. We lived for 6 months with the wrong pillows also. They were supposed to be grey and instead we lived with pink pillows (which are the back cushions for the couch so you can't just do without them) for 6 months because that fix wasn't urgent either. I've now been on the phone with the logistics company because Jubilee won't respond. Another day of wasted hours because of this company and we still do not have a full couch. No phone call from Jubilee.
