    There should be Zero rating. 1 rating to this company and people is waste. Beware that there is no cancellation option provided in customer's login. They will strictly consider 5 calendar days from the date of order for any cancellation request even if it is a national holiday and weekends. I have a chat message saying cancellation team is not available on weekend yet customer is responsible to leave a message or email expressing their interest for cancellation otherwise on 6th day they will take 10% of the order from you. But for deliver and refund they count business days. How smart they are? A roadside beggar is much polite when begging but comparing these guys with beggars is insult to beggars. They delayed my refund initiation but did not pay 10% penalty as per my policy. I would never recommend this to anyone.

    I paid almost $3500 for one of their sofas and it started unraveling in about 6 months. This is a sofa that is in a room of my house with no television and is really only used by me when I am reading and I weigh under 120lbs. They have a 40 day warranty. That was all I was told when I got in touch. I will never buy another thing from them again no matter how pretty it looks. It gets a star for that because it is very attractive but definitely not built to last.

    I have the same feeling with most of the reviews here. I wish I read these reviews before making that decision. I wish I could give them 0 star not 1. I bought a sofa. It took about 12 weeks for them to deliver. I am ok with it. When it finally came, the color of the sofa is so so so BRIGHT RED compares with a DARK RED that it shows online. I have spent almost a month now trying to talk to them to either get a replacement or return it but they keep arguing with me that "because of lighting" we have that problem. I challenge them to use any kind of normal lighting to change a the color of the sofa on their website to the color of the sofa that I receive or vice versa....then they can't give me an answer....and they just shamelessly keep talking about the "lighting effect". They told me that if I want to return, I have to take pictures before and after I pack it, and send it to them. I'm in California, and they are in Las Vegas ...and I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING FEES (about $400). After they receive it, it would take them 3 days to inspect it, if it's perfect, they will refund me what I paid - the shipping charge ($200). So, in total it would cost me about $600 and 3 months of waiting and 1 month of frustration so far.... But the question is how can I pack a big sofa like that without professional equipments and supplies so it won't damage on the way there? And for some reasons, if it damages, with this kind of company, will they refuse to refund me???? I just don't understand how they can run a business with this type of service. I'm a business owner myself... and I can't imaging I can do something like that to my customers.

    Looks Like I Should Have Checked reviews here FIRST before purchasing A Mildew smelling, stained hardware, wood rotten, 8 Months waiting delivery Bed.I Hate I Put My $2000 dolla Mattress On This Cheap Furniture. I too tried to speak with them to get it taken care of they blamed the people that put it together. I sent Muktiple pictures.They said non of the pictures show bad wood The wood frame and wooden pegs they gave for legs have fallen apart the first 2 weeks of having this trash. The mattress now sits on floor in bed They offered to send what I Need if I Purchased something else they will give me A Credit!! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING ELSE from this scamming company. I've served my country and to be treated like this by A Furniture company is So frustrating using my HArd money to buy Bullshit..They should had just told me it was coming from a 3rd world country I Could had picked it up on my deployment and made sure it was good. HOW it make it thru costumes smelling And Looking like this? This company needs to be shut down And Send all the Furniture to Pee wees Play house cause it's A Joke!! Anybody wanna buy this trash???
