    I bought my mom a $50 Pick Your Polish gift card last Christmas. When she tried to redeem it at a local Pick Your Polish, they said that they would contact her, but they never did. What a scam. I advise you not to ever buy gift cards from Pick Your Polish.

    I received a $100 Pick Your Polish gift card for Christmas last year. When I went to redeem $50 at one of the listed salons (which is done 48hrs prior to your appointment), I promptly received a text message from someone saying that the salon was no longer working with them, and they quickly issued me a check for $50. I went to redeem the remaining $50 at another salon on their list and never heard back from PYP. I called the salon on the day of my appointment, and the worker stated that they had never heard of “Pick Your Polish.” I immediately reached out to PYP and have since sent 3 e-mails with no response received. It’s been 2 months since this last appointment, and they are holding my money hostage. I would not recommend Pick Your Polish based on my experience. I’ve been more than patient and understanding with my timeframe to hear back and receive a refund, and they have been non-responsive. Avoid the headache and use a more reputable brand, or buy gift cards directly from the salon.
