1 starI have been trying to get my refund from Patriot Golf since last June, I have been given the runaround several times. They keep telling me that they will notify me when the check is in the mail but of course there’s no call,no email and no refund. I returned the clubs on time and in great condition but I have not received the $298.00. I’m told they are going to get accounting to make a payment to me as quickly as possible. I’m reaching out to the BBB to see if we can get this resolved.Review fromDylan S

1 starIf I could leave a 0-star review, I'd have done it. This company originally caught me on a "Free $300 Cart Bag" Promo that I received through a trusted app that I'd been using for a few years (********). The same day that I talked to them on the phone, I called back (still during their scheduled hours), and their phone lines were conveniently down for the day. I called back the following day, and told them to cancel my order as I was going to be traveling too much and wouldn't even be able to use the bag, nor the "trial" clubs they were going to send me, so I wanted my money back and my order cancelled. That was Feb. 3, 2025. I emailed them countless times, and kept getting the same fake, scripted apology, which was basically just them trying to keep me off their tail for a while longer. I finally had enough waiting around, and called their customer service today (4-3-25), only to get the exact same scripted BS about how they'd talk to the returns team about my order. I then asked if they could give me the phone number to speak with the returns team personally, and was told that they "don't have a public line of contact". Probably the smartest business decision they've made. It took 2 months, multiple emails, a threat to introduce my lawyer, and a 20 minute phone call to my card company to FINALLY get my money reimbursed. Don't waste your time or money with this company.Review fromGary F

1 starMy complaint could be copied verbatim from the previous review from (myrl f)! Veterans Beware: This is a company that sells golf products to veterans with a patriotic disguise! I have been waiting for my refund since 22 December 2024. The customer service representatives are well trained to tell you that you will receive your refund in 24 to 72 hours but that never happens. ~ gary fReview fromTrent G

1 starFRAUD. They tell you you can play with the clubs and then you can return it for your money back but you never get the refund. I returned my clubs 2 months ago and still have no refund. When I reach out to the customer service I get an automated response saying the credit should be appear on the credit card statement.Review frommyrl f

1 starMy complaint is just like the other that I can see below this message. In 11/23 I called for a free golf bag and was told I had to test/buy 3 of their woods for I think $191.00 each in order to get the free bag. After waiting for weeks for delivery and hearing from them about supply chain delays I finally got the clubs and the bag. I tried the clubs on an indoor range for 2 weeks and hated them. I lost distance and had a terrible slice with all 3 clubs. I called Customer Service and got a sales closer that made every offer in the books to try to get me to keep the clubs, even at a large discount as other complaints have stated. This guy would not take no for an answer even as I told him time and time again that I couldn't hit them so it would be a waste of money to keep them. He finally relenred and gave me a Return Authorization number to atteched to the return. I packed up the clubs in the same box I received them in and returned them at my expense(over $50) in early December. I am still waiting for my refund to be credited to my account, almost a year later. I have written several emails to Patriot Golf explaining and saking for my refund. I have yet to get a reply from them. All they di dwas to remove me from their mailin list as I have not received any emails from them since this all happened. I was receiving emails every month up until then. Terrible way to treat a veteran. Thank you, Myrl *****Review fromDavid C

1 starDo not get bamboozled by the outfit. They disgrace the terms Patriot, Golf, and Veteran! Like many before me I regret doing business with this organization. I bought into the Free Driver and 3 Hybrids for $500. If you don't like the hybrids, return them for a full refund, and keep the driver on us. What has followed is pure Horse Hockey! I dutifully tried the clubs and honestly did not like any of them. I called to return them and was told, look keep them all and we will credit your credit card account $250. I figured a 50% loss was better than the whole thing, so I accepted the offer on 4 August 2024. 15 days later the account had not be credited. I emailed Customer Service and they confirmed that a credit was authorized, but would not appear on my credit cart until the end of the billing cycle. I gave them the remaining month of August and all of September to get the credit applied, something that takes reputable companies 3 days to complete. After three more emails to Customer Service and today (19 Oct 2024) there is still no credit to my account. I am convinced they are just corporate crooks who don't care about customer or an F-Rating from the BBB. We should all band together and take them to Small Claims Court and teach them a lesson.Review fromAndrew O

1 starHorrid bait & switch sales tactics... Agreed to demo some clubs in exchange for a free wedge set... Big mistake, charged my a so-called deposit on my credit card $502. I canceled the order the very next day, salesmen continued to pressure me and I said no thanks just cancel the demo now please. 4 weeks later I've started a credit card dispute because they have failed to return my money. Someone should take these people into small claims courtReview fromJim M

1 starPatriot golf, They launched a promotion for GolfNow members where they would send clubs for testing with free returns within 90 days. They charged me $500. It took them a month and a half to send the clubs. The twelve balls never arrived. I informed them that I would return them. They asked me for $200 to keep the clubs, and even so, I returned them and had to pay for shipping. They sent me a confirmation email saying they would refund me next month, and this has already been 4 months. They deducted it from my card in April and I returned it in June. I have called many times and they tell me that they will send it to me next week. It has been 3 months and it has not arrived next week. Should I go to court?Review fromBernie M

1 starI have a similar story to all of the rest of these. Patriot contacted me in June 2023 and said if i tested their driver and 3 woods if i didn't like the 3 woods I could return them for full refund and keep the free driver just for testing it. I received the clubs in August 2023, tested them for 2 weeks and they clearly were not as good as the clubs I already had. So I called them and said i wanted to return them. After a long discussion ignoring the fact i wanted to return them, they agree to a substantial credit, keep the clubs i had plus send me a new putter for free. Needless to say i didn't receive the putter or the credit so i called them January 2024. This time i would not give an inch and demanded a return PO and full refund. They begrudgingly agreed to it and gave me the return PO and address. I returned all of the clubs in February 2024 at my expense. Now I have been calling and emailing weekly for 7 months and get every BS story in the book. Its in to accounting for approval. Its approved waiting to cut checks. We only cut checks in batches. Its all BS. These guys are crooks and should be shut down. Bernie M
