    I believed that Carewell was offering a competitive price for their products until I purchased Enfamil NeuroPro Gentlease Ready to Use Infant Formula, 2oz. Carewell was charging over $130 for 48 bottles, which equals 8 boxes of 6, 2 oz bottles. I reached out to their customer service because I noticed that Enfamil, through their Amazon store, was charging $40 for a 6-count pack of 4. To purchase 48 bottles, it would have cost me $80. This means that Carewell was overcharging by over $50 for the same product on their website.
    As I have a newborn, I needed to purchase this product frequently, and in just two weeks, I made three purchases of the Enfamil product, spending approximately $400. The same product should have cost me $240 instead. I contacted Carewell, asking them to review the issue and remedy it by sending me the product I should have received from the overcharge. I did not want money; I wanted Carewell to do what was right in this situation.
    After admitting their mistake, Carewell repriced the product from $130 to $88. They recognized that they were overcharging and offered me a $10 store credit as a gesture of goodwill.
    However, I believe that this company does not prioritize their customers' satisfaction, and I am willing to fight for a refund of the amount overcharged. A loss of $240 is not the same as $20, and I welcome a litigation attorney to reach out to me so that we can ensure that every parent who purchased this product from Carewell is refunded the amount they were overcharged

    I would referred to care well health services of Las Vegas Nevada after leaving the hospital. Things went well when the physical therapist Matt ****** came by and set everything up. A day or two later and a nurse named Jay was supposed to come by on Friday. Well he called me Thursday night and only had one time for Friday to see me which I wasn't going to be here as I went to go get my glasses. So he set it up for Saturday from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. . Time came and went and I asked this person after calling him a couple times on their phone number they called me on what happened to 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. cuz it was now 6:00 p.m. I'm thinking somewhere around 8:00 that night I get a text from this nurse named Jay claiming oh I'm so sorry I was having high blood pressure in the ER and I was heavily sedated what the heck kind of crap is that. You don't have high blood pressure and then be sedated in an ER give me a break sounds like druggie to me.
