I placed an order that was delivered on November 19, 2021. The order number was *******. I contacted the company on November 30, 2021 to initiate a return and refund. I received return instructions and an RMA number from them *************. I returned the package, with the RMA number included as instructed. It was tracked through the USPS and was delivered to the ********* return address on December 9, 2021. They claim it takes 3 weeks to process a refund. It has been over the 3 weeks and I have sent 2 emails inquiring about the status of the return and have not received a reply.Business response

It normally does not take us so long to process returns but COVID has created a labor shortage that we are working through as quickly as we can. I can see that your refund was processed on 1/15/22 and should have hit your bank on 1/18/22. If you still do not see that refund, please let us know and I will look into this immediately. I bought a product package deal, the same day I bought it, I returned it, I talked with customer service and they agreed to return my money after several attempts to send me the product for a lesser price. In the end, they agreed to send my money back. They told me it would take 7-10 days to receive my refund it has been 12 days now. My bank furnished the funds instantly why are they holding my money hostage and why can't they do proper business? my customer order is ******* if you could help I would appreciate it if not I will take this to court for bad business practices.Business response

Our system shows that you have reached out to us same day your order was placed to request cancellation. We were able to successfully cancel the order and at the same time voided the payment request. A void transaction is a transaction that is canceled by a merchant or vendor before it settles through a consumer's debit or credit card account. When a transaction is voided, it shows up as a pending transaction on the customer's account for a short period of time, while the process is being completed. Per our previous communication, we are very glad to hear that you have already received the funds credited back to your account and that you have acknowledged and agreed with the explanation provided by our Team towards your concern.Initial Complaint

On 7-29-21, I placed an order for myself totalling $202.89 & an order for my husband totalling $110.09. Shortly after placing my orders I received a fraud alert from my bank. When I looked into the situation I realized 310 Nutrition duplicated my order and charged me twice. I contacted their customer support right away and was connected with Becki. Becki advised that she is unable to cancel the duplicate order. Once I threatened to contact the BBB, I was then advised that I should contact them once I receive the orders and then they will issue a return label. Once they receive the return, then I will receive a refund in 3-5 business days. I find this rediculous!! The duplicate order was no was my fault and I should receive a refund right away. I know darn well these orders have not yet shipped so they should just cancel!! Please help me???!!!Business response

Upon review, it appears that this is an issue regarding a duplicate order. We have processed your refund amounting $202.89 on July 29th and you should be able to see this credited to the same payment source used within the next 5-7 business days. We have also sent you proof of refund via email for your reference. We noticed that you have 2 subscription of the same products and we have cancelled the other one to prevent duplicate orders processed and charge. A return label has already been requested and you should be able to receive it via email within the next 1-2 business days. We definitely do not want to lose you as a customer and we're excited to have another opportunity to make any future experience right. We know your time is extremely valuable, so we appreciate you taking the time to read this.
