I purchased $275.33 of cannabis products from Rey Las Vegas on 18 Oct 2023 and they have sold me deceptive faulty products and misrepresented the amount of product. The store is clearly signed as being THC products with large number of milligrams displayed (all products displayed under class cases so you cannot view in detail yourself), but after committing to the purchase and being able to read the packaging I have confirmed that products contain 0.03THC% and believe them to ******* byproducts disguised as THC cannabis. One of the product packages has a ** code that leads to a website with a warning that they have paused the ** code, preventing you from accessing information and ingredients.

7/30/2023 I approached the counter of Rey Las Vegas due to the advertisement of cannabis medicated slushie drinks. Upon asking how many milligrams of THC in the slushy, I had decided against that purchase due to my tolerance level of THC being much higher than what is offered in the drinks. I asked the sales associate (****, I believe) what other edible products they had, stating I could consume high amounts of THC and that would only benefit me to walk on the strip. I was directed to some gummies and some syrups, all very largely displaying their milligrams (again, I was speaking in THC terms, stated it a couple times AT LEAST, as I don't love to use the term marijuana in every public setting and this counter was not in a store front, but in a kiosk so for the sake of mine and all privacy, I didn't say POT or Marijuana and instead stated THC or cannabis). I am a medical cannabis user in the state of **********, but since I flew, I was unable to travel with my products and knew I would need to locate a dispensary very soon after getting to town. I found one rather quickly, but my medical needs require a high dose of THC. I ultimately settled on the ****mg bottle of orange medication. I made my purchase which totaled $82.85. I have attempted to call the establishment and was immediately greeted with a voicemail for "*******". I left a lengthy message of the event and my intentions to file this complaint. I intend to receive my $82.85 back from Rey Las Vegas, whether that be through an honest refund due to false advertisement of products, false claims of products, and no clear labels or displays. This establishment also had cannabis flower that I did not shop or look at, but am hoping others are more careful to ask if this is THC or CBD, but my fear is you'll be lied to anyways, and told it is THC when it truly only has .03% THC in it.

I spent $319.66 in total at this shop after arriving in Vegas. I've been to other shops and wanted to try theirs out as it was convenient and the products on display looked to be of decent quality. Let me assure you, when they tell you it's top grade product with a high level of THC, they are LYING!! I asked, being the skeptic that I am, and they assured me that the products contained high levels of THC and that I would fully enjoy the effects of their products. Flash forward 2 days, I've smoked off of every product I'd gotten, and I have had ZERO F***** EFFECT! So I investigate just to find out that all of their products are CBD products and there's really no actual THC content to ANY OF IT!! I'm fuming mad, so I go to ask for a refund based on misinformation and they deny me. I just want my $319.66 back so I can go to a legitimate source next time. But they wouldn't and now I'm here. Doing what so many others have had to do, which is put in that they are falsely advertising products that they sell and they're blatantly lying to customers about what they're buying in efforts to upsell them on more stuff. Which they did to me! So yeah, all I want is my money back and for others to not fall prey to this scam..

8/15/2023 2:04am Rey Las Vegas banner out front although after payment receipt showed Baked on the top.False advertisement and misrepresentation of products, completely lied and withheld the truth from me ***************** wouldnt physically show me the product, and with the intentionally small thc print label, you can not read any of this until you have left the store. The plastic product display itself also even covers up the label showing the minimal thc contents. All I wanted was my $43.34 back too. And there was even more lose plastic or tape covering the labels on the larger joints as well I had even come in earlier and spoke with a women employee who didnt misrepresent the products, by the time I came back to see if ****** was in, I had already thrown away the product in question.

6/11/2023 $330.51 to find out that the products sold to me contain <.03% thc, despite being marketed by employees as thc. She even talked me into buying more. If I had known what I was buying, I would've passed all together

We just flew into town so obviously we couldnt fly with weed so we went to the closest place to our hotel. This dude spent 20 mins talking bud with **, THC NOT CBD. Never once did he mention their $40 .5gram carts were only cbd. In fact he suggested more stuff. Not a single time did this dude say hey youre actually only buying cbd Knowing we were there for weed he still sold ** $150 worth of stuff we didnt need. TRASH LYING BUSINESS!!!!! I have never felt so taken advantage of by a business.

I went to Rey Las Vegas on 4/3/23 and spent $212 plus tax on CBD products that were marketed to me as THC. The business is intentionally misleading customers and told us that it was THC and even started explaining the strains and potency to us knowing full well it was false information. The attendant even talked us into buying more than we originally intended. This business is a tourist scam and should not be able to use false marketing practices and lie to their customers. When I try to contact the business, the listed phone number does not work and the call fails immediately. Not only are they lying about their products, they are listing false contact information and ******* accountability for their scams.

On January 2, 2023 my wife and I were looking for a marijuana dispensary. It was our first visit to *** Vegas and were ready to make our first purchase from a dispensary and happened upon ***'s on the strip. Excitedly we entered and conversed with the sales associate about our wanting to purchase some marijuana. We were asked about what strain and potency we were looking for. We were given a quick run through and given suggestions about what was best. I spent $180 on several different strains of what we believed was marijuana. Later we found via smoking that this was CBD and not marijuana containing THC. We were misled and duped by this female employee into purchasing a product that we were led to believe was what we were seeking. Never once were we told this was CBD. After being disappointed we went to another dispensary and were informed that marijuana can't be sold on the Strip and that what we purchased was no more than CBD. It started to make sense. I was never asked for ID and how evasive the ***'s employee had been when I asked about potency levels. I wanted to go back and get a refund but my wife didn't want me to because I have a problem with being deceived and get irate about being scammed out of my hard earned cash. I doesn't sit well that within the first hour in Vegas I was "robbed" put of $180 and was about to get married the following morning. So very ******.
