From 2017 to the present, I have had major issues that has arisen since I moved into my home. I never had any issues with Woodside addressing and taking immediate action until last year up to the present. I'm now dealing with a belly in the pipe of my home that has come apart, and left sewage in the walls of my home that will not drain. I was told by there customer service representative that my home which was finished in October of 2017 was old, and he couldn't understand why the issue just now surfaced. He talked very rude to me, until my significant other heard him and took the phone and told him he was not to speak to me in that manner. We have sent him a video of the issue by a plumbing company that came out on Saturday. Jeff is giving me serious problems about this plumbing defect. Jeff is aware that a previous problem with this bathroom occurred in April of 2021, where water was pouring from the ceiling downstairs, due to a defect with the plumbing not being installed properly underneath the bathtub. The customer representative at that time took immediate action and got on top of the repair the same day. Jeff has caused me a lot of stress, trying to assess the situation over the phone with me. He even spoke with the plumbing technician who found the problem and it's still isn't enough for him to initiate action. I first dealt with Jeff last year when my yearly window cleaner, came out to clean the windows and screens at my home. He showed me an issue with the balcony door upstairs off the master bedroom. He always cleans the drains and he noticed that the patio door had not been installed properly. Jeff insisted it was wear and tear to keep Woodside from having to repair it. Now he is telling me that he's looking into information about ****** Plumbing who installed the plumbing in my home when it was built to see if he can stick them with the repair. I hired Woodside Homes not ****** Plumbing. Woodside Homes is avoiding there liability!
