Hello, my name is Pedro ******* I just had a recent stay at Mandalay Bay resort from September 2 through the 6th 2024, I stayed in room *****, I had visited your pool which was very nice, however my experience was not very good, I had made a room charge of $270.94 and gave the lady who waited on me a tip of $30.00, I guess that was not good enough for her so she duplicated my reciept and forged my name and gave herself a bigger tip very unacceptable here is a copy of said reciepts and my original signature it is plan to see this is a case of forgery, when I spoke with BASILE ******* their solution was to remove the tip. I felt this was not satisfactory to the situation, I feel if Felicia had done this to me how many other guest has she done this too? This matter could have been handled differently I should have called the police and pressed criminal charges I have copies of the receipt with forged signature and duplicated receipt and my original signature if needed Thank you

I have been a guest at Mandalay Bay a few times. I had a horrible experience during my stay in September 2022. After an enjoyable yet exhausting day, I returned to my room and noticed water flowing from a large area of the ceiling. Some of my personal items and clothing were soaked. I immediately contacted the front desk to address the issue with management. Security arrived at my room 30 minutes later and explained there was a broken water pipe which also caused damaged to several floors above. Management allowed me to spend the remainder of my stay in a different room. I appreciate the generosity; however, it didn't compensate for my soaked items. I followed the proper procedures in notifying management and customer service of my purses being damaged. I submitted my inquiry in writing, in person and by phone. MGM personnel has not provided a response.

We recently stayed at Mandalay Bay Casino, expecting luxury but found significant disappointment. While the hotel looked impressive, service quickly soured our experience. The room lacked basic amenities, and the only fridge was a bar fridge that charged $50 just for opening it, plus $15 for each reopening, regardless of use. This felt exploitative, especially when we needed to store medication. The lack of complimentary amenities like coffee, common even in budget hotels, was frustrating. Everything seemed to have an extra charge, making us feel the hotel prioritized profit over guest comfort. The pool area was another letdown. We were persuaded to visit the Daylight Beach Club with the promise of two free drinks for the women in our group. We paid $350 for a spot, only to discover the drink tickets expired at 2 pm—a detail not mentioned beforehand. When we tried to use them, the staff refused. Moreover, since we didn’t opt for expensive bottle service, the staff treated us poorly, showing little attention. The most unsettling part of our stay was at Daylight Beach Club, where we witnessed a disturbing incident: a highly intoxicated woman was taken to a bathroom by a man who then tried to lock himself in with her. Security intervened but allowed the man to stay, raising concerns about safety. Overall, our stay at Mandalay Bay was disappointing. Despite spending thousands of dollars, we felt undervalued and mistreated. The focus on maximizing profit, coupled with poor service and questionable safety practices, ensures we won’t return. We advise others to reconsider their choice before booking.

We took a large family to stay there and had a lot of bad experiences and management did not take us seriously, maybe people try to to take advantage of places but I would not recommend staying there , we had grandparents there in there 80’s and young people there in there 20’s The inconvenience of what we found in our room and had to move and some of our party not getting there room to late in the night and after management did a investigation nothing was done, Not a fun family vacation at MandalayBay Las Vegas

The worst hotel experience I have ever had. We arrived at 5 pm and we're told our room was not ready. They were supposed to text us when we could get a room key. We were never texted. At 6 pm we returned to desk. Nobody there knew anything about texting us. They found us a room. Having to use the QR code in the room was ridiculous! Do not stay at this hotel.

The traffic personnel at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center yelled at us while waiting to pick up my disabled father in the designated pick-up area. Everyone was being directed to pick up here, even ADA. We informed her we were waiting for my father who is medically diagnosed. After he arrived at the car, she yelled claiming that he’s “not even handicap” and even hit the back of our car! She went around yelling to the other traffic directors and pointing at our car. The discrimination, derogatory behavior, & misjudgment was absolutely appalling on another level. I do not know if traffic personnel are hired by Mandalay Bay or contracted by a 3rd party company, but I would hope they reconsider their vetting process.

I went to watch the Michael Jackson show and one of the employees was rude told me why I was recording and why I was with a group which I was not I was solo. The security manager and assistant manager were rude and kicked me out due to the manager stating I was being rude when I wanted to leave a review of my experience and I was not able to. Horrible experience at the mandalay bay!

Stayed at the Mandalay Bay for a convention. Check-in was at 3pm but did not get my room until 5pm. Water was shut off in the room several times during one of the nights. Asked for late check-out (2 hours to account for the fact they were two hours late to check-in), and they wanted to charge extra for that. Overall, definitely not a well run hotel. Staff was rude and abrupt. Highly recommend avoiding this place - everything was way overpriced as well.

I stayed here back in 2003 and loved it, but time has taken it's toll here and I will NEVER go back! I could not believe when I walked into my room and there was a mini-bar on a cabinet below the tv. It had a plaque on it that said it was 'pressurized' and that removal of any item would be automatically be charged to your room, but there were NO PRICES POSTED! It only got worse when I opened the refrigerator and saw the same plaque, along with an additional warning that 'placing any item into the refrigerator would result in a $50.00 room charge'. Things only got worse when I went down to the pool area. The food was beyond outrageously priced ($14.00 for a hot dog, $75.00 for a platter of chicken fingers, etc.) and $700 for the use of a cabana. There is no way a family could truly enjoy their stay here without having to constantly worry about losing money without every setting foot on the casino floor or playing any slot machine.

What a nightmare My family and I recently stayed at your hotel for two nights. Paid over $600 for this hellish trip. I am beyond upset and disappointed. Normally I would not write an email like this and I would just move on, but this was too ridiculous to stomach. We came to your hotel with two toddlers. I used the app to check in and was put on the 5th floor. I really wanted my kids to be up high to have a nice view, as theyve never been to las vegas. I also wanted them as far away from the smoke and chaos of the casino floor. So I called to request to be moved to a higher floor. I was on hold for 11 minutes to be told that I could move to the 7th floor. 7th floor? Wow what a difference. So I asked why we couldnt be moved to a higher floor. The desk agent told me that the cleaning crew starts at the bottom and works their way up so the higher floors arent clean yet. Now I may not know that much about hotel business, but I can guarantee that is inaccurate. So the people who pay more for the higher floors get their rooms last? I seriously doubt that. Being lied to and treated like an idiot is irritating. So I told her I would call back in a few hours.A few hours later I call back and wait on hold another 10 plus minutes. This time I get a different desk agent. I explain my situation to her and request a higher floor with a nice view. I get that I cant have a strip view without paying for it, but there are other nice views too. She puts us on the 23rd floor and assures me a beautiful view. We finally get to the hotel around 7pm after our mile trek from the parking lot. I will get to that later So we get in the elevator and our electronic key doesnt work. We have to then walk to the desk too get a key. Mind you its Friday night in Vegas and we are trying to get to our room ASAP so our toddlers do not see anything unsavory. We finally get up to our room and open the curtains. Its dark so we cant see much except the giant flashing sign. My son has epilepsy
