There should be a negative start rating. I lived here unfortunately for a year and a half and it was an awful experience. I believe I may have even been one of there better tenants who always paid rent on time and never really asked them for assistance with much other than replace my AC unit when it went out in the 117 degree summer weather in Las Vegas, Nevada. The office staff is a joke and is extremely unprofessional - especially the Property Manager whom I wish I could list her name, but the BBB policy terms doesn't allow it. - She is an African American woman who brings disgrace to all us African American Women. It's because of examples like her that we can't catch a break. Getting a hold of Corporate for guiding help is essentially non-existent. They just want you to move in there so they can take your money at $279.00 a week (at least for a one bedroom), and they do not want you to come to the office for anything except to pay your rent. They're lazy and beyond unprofessional and it is excruciating to deal with. I was a tenant who mostly only went to work and came home. I kept my head down and didn't fraternize with anyone because there seemed to be a whole lot of B.S. that went on in this complex from fighting, to shootings, theft (even from the maintenance staff) and a bevy of other activities. Additionally, whenever I did go to the front office to pay rent or send a fax, it seemed like there was always an angry tenant at their front window either being yelled at by the staff, or yelling at the staff. It was an environment I could not move away from fast enough. Approach this place with MAJOR CAUTION!

Unfortunately I dont know who this person is. If she lived here a year and a half I would have known her. She was probably an unregistered guest whom resided here. As a manager I strive to make my tenants happy and if they dont have their way then the negative comments starts. My staff and I get disrespected on a daily basis because we are here doing our jobs and some individuals do not like that. I extremely apologize on behalf of my staff and I if she had a bad experience at my property.
