            Connecting to WiFi after checking in is not seamless; they claimed they had to restart the modem after speaking with IT. The following day, I find the charged an extra $15 for WiFi. I had to walk over to the front desk to remove the charge because the team member over the phonedid not like the way I spoke to her. The manager, ******, tried to threaten me by pointing a finger at me and pretend to call security. They then later claimed I had no such charge in my account. No apology. Bewarepay close attention to billing.

            I booked in this hotel using Expedia travel agency. The hotel charged me over $1500 Canadian dollar for 4-night stay. The bedsheet was ripped in multiple places and I found few black body hairs that don't belong to my body on my bedsheet. I asked for the room service but the service was poor and the front desk didn't take responsibility for anything, I ended up shouting on phone as they totally ruined my vacation. When I came back to Canada I contacted the travel agent and sent them all photos as an evidence as I paid a lot per night expecting a service that suits what I paid for, but it looks like it is a hotel for $40 per night not $400 per night like what they charged me. The travel agent totally understood and contacted the hotel asking for a refund but the hotel denied. I want my money back as I got scammed by this 4-nights staying in this terrible experience in my life.
