Park MGM is charging me personally for event fees for a corporation I work as the Treasurer for, the Sorcery Convention Organization.Attached is the contract, showing the agreement is between those two corporations. My personal credit card should not be charged for such corporate expenses.On March 28 Park MGM charged my personal credit card for $15000. I notified them it was not an authorized charge. On December 6th, 2024 i attended a concert at ****************** which is on the property of Park MgM. A little after 12 am i was making my way out of the concert to use the restroom and as I was walking out, I was attacked by the staff and was tackled down onto the floor, with no clue of what I did wrong, as a female and being attacked from behind and getting thrown down I was scared. Trying to ask why I was being restrained by 4 guys, with no explanation I was escorted out of the venue. I had to wait for my husband outside he had no clue that had happened to me. My arms were all bruised the next day til this day my left elbow hurts. As a customer to the venue I was treated wrong.Initial Complaint

Park MGM (NOMAD) charge a resort fee already charged by the third party *********** Reservation was extended by 1 Day in person, so the expected fee should have only been 1 day resort fee. That fee should have only been 49$. Park MGM is falsely attempting to collect $403.03 for a bill to a steakhouse, and has sent the bill over to a collection agency without attempting to contact me first. I never ate at the hotel as it was too expensive and only paid for a room for one night. I have contacted them through email and they only replied once and haven't continued communication after 4 days. I have attempted to call them 4 times for a resolution however the phone line always goes dead after waiting for 15 minutes. In addition their accounting department is only open for a short period of time in the morning on week days, a schedule which conflicts with my schooling. I request that MGM resorts stops all further debt collection and contacts ********* ********************* (the debt collection agency) and has them do the same, as this is affecting my credit score.Customer Answer

We flew from ****** to see *********************** concert for our anniversary! Paying flight, room and transportation wasnt cheap for us just to be ruined by unhappy customers behind of us. Excited that we were so close to the stage thinking nothing could ruin our first live concert experience. We made friends with the people in front of us as well as on the side of us.The first issue was when I was dancing and waving my hand the lady behind me grabbed my hand and said put your hand down so I did thinking ok be nice Im blocking her view. Few songs after we get up dancing again she taps my husband and tells him could you move your to tall and blocking my view so he moves over a little. Next song Im dancing so excited she grabs my arm again by this time Im like I paid all this money to come here and be told what to do and where to stand Im over this Im going to try and start enjoying this concert. As were dancing she and her friends moves up forward to our roll then tells my husband as we are screaming and cheering oh my god your so loud your hurting my ears So fed up I said we paid for our seats and we should be able to enjoy it like everyone else, then her husband or that guy she was with were yelling at us to get back in our seats which we were in they werent and making threats to fight saying dont talk to her like that!It just ruined our whole trip the main reason we came to Vegas. I honestly feel we should be reimbursed for our tickets because I feel we did not do anything wrong the security was right there in front of us the whole show.Flight, Room, Transportation close to $5000 Concert tickets $1626.50 Merchandise we bought over $600 What a bad experience we had.I have been communicating with ********************* **************** Manager PARK MGM LAS VEGAS T ************************** *********************************** She said she cant get me a refund but can invite me back for another showing! My son I stayed at the mgm casino from July 6-10, 2024, during my stay i had to move to 3 different rooms due to black mold being in the bathrooms, in the bathtub, shower, and on the walls. My son is 11 years old and has allergies so i did not want him or me to be in a room with mold in it. When i first noticed it, I called the front desk several times with for assistance and was ignored, i had to call my booking agency to get assistance because no one would assist me. I was moved from one room to another room that also had black mold in the shower. I went to the front desk and was told that there wasnt any room available. i told them that i had photos and was told to return later that day for a room change. I was moved to the third room on the 8th. I spent most of the time at the hotel packing and moving from room to room, it was very uncomfortable and unbelievably that this hotel was so nasty. There was bags of trash and linen along the hallways that was never picked up after the rooms were cleaned and they stayed in the hallway until next day.Initial Complaint

I made three reservations at Park MGM Las Vegas Resort paying off $551.50 x 3 = $1654.50 at the time of checking out on 4/05/2024 and 4/7/2024. I was expected to get $54.00 x 3 = $162.00 Credit from parking fees but I got only $54 x 2 = $108.00 Attempts to resolve this issue were made with **************** ************************************** and ****** Services ************************** ************ with no resolution but only transferring the call over and over...I seek to get the remaining $54.00 Credit back in my account as stated in my ****** Services Perl Level for no charge for Parking.Initial Complaint

The room mgm provided was so noisy, it is not qualify for human to sleep, I asked the front desk and service to change a room for me, they refused and told me all rooms are booked without checking at all. I am writing to express my profound disappointment and outrage regarding the discriminatory treatment my family and I experienced at ****** Restaurant, located within the ********** and Casino, during a recent visit to celebrate my stepfather's birthday.On Sunday, March 9,2024 we had a reservation for 9:30 PM to celebrate this special occasion. However, our evening was marred by a series of distressing incidents that left us feeling humiliated and deeply disrespected by your establishment's staff.Upon completion of our meal, my fianc politely requested that his leftover food be boxed up. Unfortunately, instead of fulfilling this simple request, the employee responsible for clearing our table proceeded to discard our uneaten food. When our server was informed of this error by my mother, she promptly sought assistance from another staff member.Instead of addressing the situation professionally and rectifying the mistake, the individual in question callously dismissed our concerns and proceeded to accuse us of falsehoods. Despite my fianc's attempt to explain that he had barely touched his food and simply wanted it boxed up, the manager's response was shockingly disproportionatehe proceeded to escalate the situation by calling the police.As if this flagrant overreaction were not enough, it was compounded by the manager's erroneous assumption that the bill had not been settled. This resulted in unnecessary involvement of security personnel and unwarranted harassment of my parents, who were surrounded and pressured into signing my credit card receipt. My Step father is a respected retired law enforcement officer and it was his birthday. On 11/09/23 I was overcharged for parking by $20.00. I was charged $35 for parking and would like a refund of the $20. According to the signage in the parking deck and Park MGM website, I should have only been charged $15.00 for self parking.
