      I was getting a loan from another company. Without my knowledge, I somehow managed to get a membership into this company. I called them to cancel my membership. But they told me that they do not give refunds.

I want my money returned and what ever this is for .I don't want it. Thank you *****************.why do I have to consent to discloser of my personal information to get my money returned .that was taken with out my permission.I don't want what ever it is u are selling .with all the complaints about company who would want to.

      On February 14th I called NCB management ************ which was reporting on my credit, in an attempt to settle my balance I called the number above and they representative stated she was the dispute agent for NCB management I asked her 3 times to pull up my account to settle she said do your want to dispute or settle and disputing would be cheaper, I explained I had the money to settle and she said well i need your name and card number for 1.00 so she can start the settlement program. After a minute I asked again do you work for NCB management then said she worked for a 3rd party for disputes I immediately told her I didn't want apart of this and hung up. She never disclosed I was signing up for services and then they charged me over ****** for Identity IQ I reached out to identity IQ and she said I signed up via a 3rd party i explained that I was signed up under false pretenses the customer service rep and Supervisor were extremely rude and offered no support or assistance I want all money paid t o be refunded ***************** and badge # ****

      My credit card was charged $1.00 on 5/7/24. I got an email from this company on 5/21/24 stating I didnt complete the identity authentication step. I have talked to 3 different people at this number stating I never signed up for this. They dont have my correct phone # but want my last 4 digits of my social security number, date of birth & address. None of these people will listen to me. They just talk over me. Would not give me there address to send a letter describing the service Ive received. The credit card they charged was reported as fraudulent earlier this month.

      Since November, I have seen a $34.99 charge on my bank statement. Initially I was thinking it was from my credit union credit protection program which I applied for at an introductory rate. When meeting with a credit union representative to ask why the high jump in price from $5.00 to $34.99 the representative said that charge was not from them. I immediately called the 1800 number and spoke with ******** from MYSCORE IQ. In 10/2023 I was applying for a business loan and paid the $1.99 for the credit checking service. I called the exact same day and canceled the plan. When asking for a cancellation confirmation, The gentleman said no confirmation number was needed because its in there system. ******** said the notes in there system show I agreed to keep the service and would call back at a later date if I decided to cancel. That is a lie! I asked her if they recorded the conversations and she avoided the question & followed up with "we don't give refunds but let me see what I can do". She returned and said I was able to have $34.99 refunded. I informed her that was not enough as they have unlawfully removed $210.00 from my account. She said I can cancel and send you an e-mail. What this company did was unethical and they should have not charged for a canceled service. I would like a FULL refund for the money they stole out of my account. Thank you!

      I contacted MyScore IQ on ******** because it is reporting a Collections account and 4 hard inquires on Equifax that are fraudulent and not being reported directly from Equifax. I confirmed with Equifax and another 3rd party platform that these items are not being reported. After speaking with a supervisor at MyScore IQ by the name of *****, MyScore IQ has yet to remedy by removing these incorrect items. This is causing me to lose funding for my personal and business intentions. The account being fraudulently reported is a Medical Collections in the amount of $3,055.00 and no additional information is being offered by MyScore IQ. No collections company name, full account number or contact number. The 3 hard inquiries are:CAPITAL ONE BANK USAAll Banks11/14/2023Equifax CITIZENS BANKAll *************************************** USAAll *************************************** USAAll Banks05/10/2022Equifax I have not obtained an account or attempted to obtain an account with any of thee above. These items are not being reported by Equifax as of 05/09/2024 and they all need to be removed from MyScore IQ immediately.

      I am rejecting this response because: I have not received communication. I have since contacted Identity Intelligence Group on the following dates;

      May 22, 2024 - I was informed by a representative that she would have a manager contact me immediately.

      May 23, 2024 - I had not received a call back from said manager and was informed again that I would receive a call back from a manager.

      I have not received a call back as of 5/24/2024 at 10:23pm and my concerns or request have not been addressed or remedied. There are now additional fraudulent accounts being reported by Identity Intelligence Group but not by Equifax, Experian or Transunion.

      IDIQ does not report tradelines to any credit reporting agency and does not have the ability to (and never would) alter information on any credit report. The credit reports that we make accessible to our members are provided directly by one or more of the major credit bureaus. We have been working diligently to address the member's concerns and have explained to him that any inaccuracies must be addressed directly with Experian.

      I took advantage of IDIQ's promotional offer when performing a credit check of my own. IDIQ's services was offered as a package promo with the credit score request for $1 dollar for a duration of days which I believe to be a year at the time, but am not positive, in which after the duration expires I would be charged a monthly fee. I immediately was looking to opt out of the monthly plan once it hit my subscriptions center on my cell phone, and computer settings. It never showed, I did notice an email giving me the option as well. I did want, or intend to purchase a monthly service from IDIQ. The total charge 8 months at $34.99 per month, of which I have received a partial refund from IDIQ. I want a full refund of ******. I want a full refund of the remaining ****** as I did not willfully intend, nor did I authorize the disputed charges.

      An account was setup with my personal information (address, social security, DOB, etc) without my permission or knowledge. I didn't pay or create an account. I sent an email March 12th to their support team requesting that my account be permanently deleted per the delete act of the ***** As a California resident I have the right to request information be permanently deleted and did not receive confirmation that the formal submission had been sent to the proper teams.

      I was looking for a place to rent from **********. It was a scam. They had me fill out a credit report from IdentityIQ. Gave my bank info (its been changed) and was charged $1 for a credit report. A couple days later 4/22/24 I noticed a pending payment for $36.99(~) from IdentityIQ for fraud protection. I never signed up for this. I found a number online and called them saying I never signed up for this and stop all of everything. I gave him more info to identify myself. Today I noticed the payment went through. My bank is aware of this and will investigate.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      First I was charged (unknowingly) $1 for a credit report. Yes, this means they used my bank info. Then, I noticed I was charged $36.99 for Fraud Protection. I did not sign up for this. I called Intelligent IQ and was forced to give lots of info again to cancel this. I was asked if I wanted several other options- no! The payment went through anyway. So I contacted BBB. A manager called me and said it was in section 5 or 6? that said I would be charged the $36.99. What? I never signed up for fraud protection or the $1 for credit report. This manager did not resolve anything! This is a shady company that I got caught up in with another shady/scammer rental place. My bank disputed the fee charged.

      I purchased a service to help repair my credit. This is the second time this company not alone charged me without my knowledge but also put my accounts in the negative. I tried to contact them to handle my issue and their agents are so unprofessional they hung up!!
