    We have been a long-term customer with them for insuring our home and autos. In September we donated one car, so we told them to give us insurance for the only ***** that we have. The woman **** who worked for the company gave several different quotes, we had hard time to understand why she raised the price from $2,000 to $2,900 for 6 month of our *****, she stopped answering our questions. So, we asked her to cancel the auto insurance because we had insured with another company, she said if we canceled it we would not be able to keep our umbrella insurance with them, so we cancelled both auto and umbrella insurance on 9/13/2023, and we paid the insurance premium to 9/13/2023, we received the letter of cancellation from them for both. Today we received a collection letter from an agency saying that we owed $447.38, we called this collection agency, they told us to contact Farmers, we called Farmers but had not heard back from them. We had no idea which policy that we owed, we don't even know how to dispute, it was very frustrating that we are facing collection while not knowing what is going on. We have no insurance claim with Farmers for any loss during the time they insured us. PLEASE NOTE THE COMPANY'S PHONE # is ************, THE ***** IS ***** CORBETT

    Hello!   I am the office manager for Corbett Insurance Agency.  I received a call from the ********** on 11/14/2023 regarding the collection letter and their past issues with our employee, ****.  I apologized for any issues they had with ****, let  them know myself and ***** were unaware as we hadn't spoken to them regarding any problems but that they have been addressed with ********* 

    I did a policy breakdown on the balance owed, and found it was for a loss of auto/home discount but that the balance was incorrect due to the date the discount fell off.  I had it corrected, corresponded with both Mr. and Mrs. that the balance was corrected to $225.63 and they paid the revised balance.  They should have been told about the balance and what it was for when they emailed **** in Septemeber.  Again, this was addressed with the employee.
