    On November 22, 2024 a ********** delivery driver negligently drove over our mailbox, and in our yard doing a delivery to someone else in our neighborhood. Our mailbox was significantly damaged, and our yard was damaged as well.A police report was made. We have multiple video and photo evidence. Including of them in the act causing all of the property damage. This is dated and time stamped. Sedgwick has accepted fault via email. However, we have obtained 2 different quotes from 2 different contractors, one is for a total of over $3700 dollars and the other is for $3300 dollars for replacement and repair of our property damage.Sedgwick has refused to pay the full amount of either estimate. They have offered $1750.00 towards the cost of repairs instead of the full amount. We have not have a correct functioning mailbox since the date of the damage. This is the only way we receive mail via USPS.I have above and beyond with them to come to an agreement. We do not feel that we should have to pay out of our pockets the repairs since it was caused by their drivers negligent driving. Again we have video footage of them causing the damage as well as photo evidence. They already have all of the video and photo evidence.

    I have an open claim with them from being on workers comp. ***** is a horrible agent. She doesn't get back to you especially when you ask about a payment. I called workers comp due to her giving me wrong information and can verify that by email. I'm still owed money from work days I've missed and transportation which I've sent in. I asked ***** 2 days ago if I'm still owed money and no response.

    I was paid for travel and 2 days missed but still waiting on 2 direct deposits that haven't been put in my account since Nov 26 and 27th.

    I've asked for the agents supervisor and she hasn't responded as of 3 days ago.

    Best Buy broke something in my car when shoving a fridge in the trunk. I asked to file a claim, and they said Sedgwick would get back to me in 48 hours. Its been three weeks. Ive called multiples of times, visited the store multiple times and no one has any answers. Im getting extremely upset with the situation as my car is brand new.

    Best Buy (Geek Squad) hired to install tv. During installation dropped tv and damaged beyond repair . Claim filed thru 3rd party (Sedgwick) but will not respond after multiple attempts.

    Settlement was agreed upon by Sedgwick Claims Agent: ******************* Claims Associate - Liability Phone: ************ E-mail: ************************************** I agreed to a lesser settlement of $500 for damages incurred when ********** failed to properly seal the lid on a can of paint on 02/25/2024. Store Manager - ************************* took pictures and admitted full blame and error for paint spilled on car interior and exterior, clothing, purse, shoes and loss of can of paint. Sedgwick Agent ******************* finally called about claim 2 weeks later. Said we could replace all items, have car detailed and find replacement value on Coach Purse; or he would just offer $500. I accepted the $500 claim (which is approximately 50% value) however ***** has failed to return any emails or phone messages in last 5 months.

    I had ********** deliver a new dishwasher, in the process of delivery they broke my door and its flapping in high winds today. I have left several messages and emails for sedgwick to contact me back. I have gotten no call back. In the meanwhile more damages is being caused to my house as the door flaps in the wind. My thousand dollar dishwasher has turned into a **** dollar headache, we have to go around the house to use the back door in the mud and the rain and this company refuses to call me back and get my claim rolling. I have evidence and photos and video from my video doorbell. Its really frustrating when you call Sedgwick twice a day and no one calls you back. Meanwhile more damage is being done by the flapping door.

    I had a terrible water leak in my apt unit for 6 months before the Managment fixed it correctly.I was told to submit all my damages to Sedgwick Claims Managment Services **** #*******.The first claim was submitted in February of @023. That was being handled by ***********************. I had talked to Her and submitted all paper work She had requested. That claim was never paid answered or never paid and I was told the claim was never filed? Then the roof leaked again and ruined all my bedroom closets.     When **** installed fiber optic cable in my neighborhood, they damaged my sewer line. I filed a claim against **** through Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc. Up until now I was able to put in my claim number and see the status of my claim. Now Sedgwick shows I have no outstanding claims. I received a letter dated 10/12/23 that asked for additional information. I prepared this additional information, but was unable to upload it to Sedgwick! I left a message asking a representative from Sedgwick to call me, but did not hear back. When you call Sedgwick's number, it says something like no one is working and hangs up.

    So now *****, the contractor who messed up my sewer line or Sedgwick representing AT&T is not returning my calls.  I dont feel it is my personal responsibility to be trying to contact *****.  AT&T should be taking care of this.

    My door was damaged by a Home Depots installer , ********************* from Sedgewicks contractors and now the installer does not want to fix the damaged door that was created when he came to install my blinds.This was from 6/20/23. The installer refuses to fix the damage he has caused. My door is broken and needs to be replaced.I have great issues with my adjuster ********************* for not helping me resolve the broken door situation with the amount of money that is necessary to complete project in a timely fashion.My issues with ********************* has still not been resolved. Would you be able to have someone above her speak with me and help me find a suitable resolution?

    ATT rep knocked over my computer and shattered screen on Friday morning, Sept. 16, 2023. Sedgwick is not returning calls to number I give them, not replying to my e mails to the address they told me to send documents to. The 2 examiners they gave me to contact do not reply to the numbers given to contact me.phone numbers no one answers, ATT has number for risk Management that do not help either. All I get are voicemails or numbers that are disconnected.

    They have given me over 17 phines, 3 more today, 1 disconnected, 2 just ring with no answer. I literally let it ring r 23 minutes non stop. I cannot get anyone to address this at all. I understand it was an accident, but I have no computer to work remotely from.
