I used their online form to seek help with my ******** account. Without advising me, they automatically created an account with all of my personal information, including my email, phone number, and location. the problem is that I cannot delete this account and all of my personal information is open to the public. I am writing to formally address a defamatory anonymous review posted on your platform under the name "Shayonna Sdm" from ******, ********, on November 13, 2024. The content of this review is false and appears intended to damage our reputation. As you are likely aware, the ************************ (***) has recently enacted regulations that prohibit fake, anonymous, or misleading reviews. This review clearly violates those regulations and your platform's terms of service.Furthermore, we have been informed that PissedConsumer is demanding a fee to remove or conceal this defamatory review. This is not only unacceptable, but also unlawful, as the review is both fraudulent and damaging to our business. This company called PissedConsumer uses a company phone number like Facebooks, to redirect your information to them. I have emailed them, several times. To ask them to remove my personal phone number and email account. They said to log on to their site, go to notifications to remove my infirmation. It is a joke and does not allow you to do that. All it does is turn off their notifications to your email. Please take care of this. Companies like this should not be in business. Allowed to dupe people.Initial Complaint

I had emailed Pissed Consumer and asked them to delete my account. They have no option for the user to delete their account, therefore that's why I emailed them and asked to delete my account. No resolution has been solved and they won't let me delete my account.Business Response

Fraud/*******/Hacked Date of incident: 12/21/2023 I had a ******** issues and, called the number on the search engine from ******* and I was to believe I was having dialogue with a ******** representative. As, I was talking to the alleged representative, I was told to download Anydesk, unbeknownst to me this gave this person access to my Robinhood retirement account and they were able to take $4K from my account. I was told within ************************************************************************************************** my account.This is very disturbing that ******** is tied to a third party company betraying to work for ********, to be able to commit fraud and allow scammers to take advantage of their users.I would like an investigation on this company and notify ********. I was wrong and the clothes had quality issues. I immediately contacted Fashion Nova for a refund since I spent so much money and they accepted the return then declined it. I just want to get rid of these clothes and send them back and get my money back. Please help me Im a university student and cant afford to spent that much money on clothes that are unwearable. Ill return them just please accept the return since thats what you did initially. While reaching out to this service to to assist, once I realized my Hulu account was locked and the password reset wasn't working. I contacted these people and what they did was so horrifying that I really feel you should step in. I want you to know I've contacted the *** and ***** ********** They used the fact I needed their technical support. They entered my account and then they can continued to rob me of almost $1,000. The phone number that they used along with the one that they provided ************, also goes to ************, So the consumer believes they are dealing with product customer care when they're dealing with hackers.. had ***** Fargo on the line cuz I was panicking. I'd never had anything like this happened to me before anytime I called client services they were always that and not hackers.. They told me they were issuing me a rebate and they told me to issue it till ****** Hulu ****** at Hulu something like that and then they started taking money out of my account. They did it in three transactions about $1,000 Please help me get my money back right away. I don't know whether to prosecute or whatever but I need your help.. I'm 67 years old and I have surgery in 2 weeks and that was my money and they stole from me and they deserve to go to jail or be fired or whatever you do to someone like this I'm devastated they were yelling and berating me..it was a horribly violating experience and I need your help please omgCustomer Answer

******* services, internet/TV, have been out since Wednesday. I work from home and have major deadlines to complete. I also depend on devices to stay connected with disabled family members and it has not been fixed for a whole week. Technicians have come and go and they dont have an answer. I have escalated the issue twice and now my last appointment was canceled without explanation and services are still down. Have automatic payments deducted from my account and now I cant even schedule a service appointment on their app. It takes hours on the phone to speak to someone. Please help.Customer Answer
