    On September 2, 2022 we (County of Oxford, *****) paid $597 by card to a business called *************************** to renew our *** registration which is a federal grant ********* were asked to submit information pertaining to the renewal process, which we did. It was confirmed by the company via email on September 8, 2022 that the information was received. Our registration was set to expire at the beginning of October and we have not had any further communication from this company. We have repeatedly called and left voicemails, even setting an alarm to call them the moment they open, but are always left with a message stating nobody is available and to leave a message. After not hearing anything back in response to our messages, we began emailing the customer support email. I emailed on September 27, asking someone to contact us ASAP. On September 28, we emailed again stating it was the 4th* attempt to contact them with no response by either email or phone.On September 30, we were forced to figure out the renewal process on our own and sent a last email demanding a refund for their lack of service. As of today, October 12, 2022, we have not received any communication from this business or a refund. *Please note we called repeatedly throughout the day on several days, so by "4th attempt" we are counting a series of calls as one. We did not call once and leave it there.
