On or about April 02, 2025 10:49PM I placed an order (WTP-3455387) for two items. According directly from their site it states Please allow 4-8 business days for delivery after order processing. No where during ordering does it state that they will take another 14 business days to even process an order making the total time up to 22 business days to get anything ordered from this company.This type of shipping/processing is very deceptive and deceiving.I reached out to the company directly and received very rude unprofessional response from their team! I ordered a shirt from ************************** after like 2 weeks maybe two and a half. Got tired of waiting. I requested to cancel it and they said okay. We will cancel it. You'll be refunded in two to five business days. They also said, but if the shirt ships out you won't be refunded until the shirt is returned. My thing is they had time to stop the process of it being shipped out cause it was never shipped out until after I wanted to cancel it. So now it's my fault. All of a sudden now I'm stuck with a shirt that I'm leaving outside cause it's their problem. I don't feel like it should be mine and I just want to be refunded and they can send someone to pick it up. Complaint: 22840752I canceled the item before it was shipped, so I dont believe its my responsibility anymore. However, as days passedwith wind storms and other people possibly taking the mailthe package is no longer there. I never received or even saw the item.

I have contacted *** **************** five times in regards to the following order. I have yet to receive any firm information as to when this order will ship out and there will be definite tracking data.I understand there has been an issue with getting the 2XL hoodie from the supplier. But this has been "IN PROCESSING" for over 7 weeks!!! I cannot get an answer from ANY of your **************** **** as to why there is no new information yet. I understand that you apply the printed design in-house on your T-shirts and hoodies...but that should not take more than 3 days. I was told that you would RUSH this order as soon as the hoodies arrived from the supplier. This MUST be resolved. Yesterday I was promised from your service rep ******** that he would get to the bottom of it and follow-up with an email after being on hold for 25 minutes. I never received this ******** Summarize, I have NEVER experienced such poor customer service from an online company. The reps ***** and procrastinate on giving any answers on this order I would like a manager to contact me today via email with firm information on when this order will ship! I am rejecting this response because: The **************** level was abysmal. Every time I called in to get clarification on the order I was given the run-around. The company was NOT transparent regarding the status of this order. It took over 2 months from the time the order was placed: 11/3/2024 to receipt of actual product: 01-03-2025. Not only did I miss giving the recipient the gift for his birthday (**********) BUT i ALSO MISSED GIVING THE RECIPIENT THIS GIFT FOR CHRISTMAS AS WELL! There were NO UPDATES online when trying to determine the whereabouts of my product. The tracking information simply reflected "IN PROCESSING". That told me nothing. The least this company could do to try to make amends for such gross negligence would have been to discount my order significantly (50%) or to offer to send me a free hoodie of my choice:(Item # American Flag In Guns 2.0 Hoodie

Ordered item November 25th 2024, company shipping policy states 2-14 day processing excluding weekend. I have messaged the company several times to ask why my item has not been shipped, first was excuse after excuse. Now the will not respond. Item is still processing. They had a buy 2 t-shirts for $20 and I ordered several t shirts. Apparently, somewhere buried in the fine print was an agreement to join their "VIP" club if you took advantage of their offer. Their "VIP" membership is ***** a month which the t-shirts are not even worth. I feel i was mislead and defrauded of almost $200. 5 months @ $39.95.Business Response

I purchased this Holster on June 5 and never recieved it. When I reached out to them with a phone call I never reached anybody only a promotional medical alert ad. You can't reach them. I texted them demanding a refund I got a text saying its been shipped back to our warehouse so we can't help you. Goodbye. That's where I am now, out $47.89 and a reminder to put in a review for this operation. They have both my purchase and my money.Business Response

On 22 April 2024, I placed an order for a holster. We The People provided tracking info for a DHL/**** shipping. According to DHL / **** the item has been in ******* since 27 April. I have sent NUMEROUS emails to WTP requesting assistance since I have not yet received the item. So far, crickets. Its not my job to track down the item they sent but as of now there has been neither response nor action on their part. I have dealt with hundreds of vendors via the internet over the years, with customer service ranging from superlative to nonexistent. WTP is definitely in the latter group. I purchased a holster from them around the end of the November beginning of December. I started having issues with the holster back in January. As I drove my vehicle, the holster would hit the mag release and drop my mag out of the gun. This would happen in busy parking lots drawing attention to myself. Do to this, this has cause damage to my mags, it has forced me to get back in my car and leave the store since now people know I'm carrying, and it has risked my life. With the mag dropping out, I would have 1 round to defend my family and myself. I reached out to We The People and asked that they either fix it or refund me since this is an obvious flaw in the holster design. They decided to send me a 2nd holster at no charge that ended up being way worse. Even with the holster in my hand, as I inserted my firearm, it would hit the mag release and drop my mag. After this, I requested a refund. They asked for pics and have now stopped communicating with me. Their product will get someone killed and I want nothing to do with it.Business Response

I placed an order for a gun holster and after ordering they tell you it will take up to 15 days to process your order and then another 5 days to ship.
