I went into the Jewelers (Summerlin location) June 27, 2022 for watch batteries, and was approached by Laura B******. She took the watches to the repair area and said what are you looking for? I proceeded to tell her my wife's birthday was coming up and I had bought a ring at ****** to surprise her on the vacation. She said our selection is much BETTER, what does she like? I said I had bought a chocolate antique ring already from ******. She said HOW MUCH did you spend? I said about $1580 or so. She went to the case and pulled out an antique diamond and said this stone is BIGGER AND SHE WILL LIKE THIS BETTER. I thought I had NOTHING to lose I would just bring it back if she liked ****** BETER! She then charged my card and I then noticed at the bottom of the receipt it said NO RETURNS. I THEN SAID CANCEL THIS TRANSACTION NOW. SHE said no I will make you a replica of ****** if she likes that better. I said NO CANCEL NOW! Why go through all that if I already had the ring! She said wait I'll call my Supervisor and see if this 1 time you can return it.She left for 5 minutes and said YAY she said YES!! I said write on on receipt in case you are not here when I come back. She then handed me her card and said that's all you need, since I'm always here.I took her at her word. I went on my trip and returned on the 5th with COVID. So I was quarantined until the 11th and went in on the 12th.I asked for Laura and she denied our agreement and said I will duplicate ****** ring??? I said we had a 1 time agreement that's the only reason I left with the ring, otherwise I SAID CANCEL THIS TRANSACTION NOW!! She denied this ever took place and told me to call her Supervisor Gina. The owner is the only one with refund authority so I emailed him and Gina with this same explanation and haven't heard a WORD FROM ANYONE.I JUST WANT WHAT WAS PROMISED TO ME FROM THE BEGINNING I am also providing proof of purchase from ****** June 25, 2022
