  Did not finish the job. Closed their doors. Terrible. Never had supplies. Always on back order. Liars ans cheat.

  I regret hiring this company to do my bathroom remodel, I had nothing but issues and delays from the day I signed the contract. Issues encountered: -plumbing needed to be redone after drywall was installed due to improper measuring -drywall of shower scheduled before insulation was installed -accent tile purchased independently due to being out of stock from store in August after project had started -No timeline or schedule was ever given despite multiple requests, even though I was told I would receive a schedule of when I could expect workers in my home -Contractors locking themselves out of the home -Double booking contractors which lead to delays -Days or weeks where no work occurred due to poor scheduling, Workers would show up without the required tools or materials needed, and would either show up unexpected or would be scheduled to come and didn’t come with no explanation - poor communication, mostly one-sided and very difficult - When I signed my contract I was told that all of the workers were employees of LVKB, this was not true, many of the workers were sub-contractors. - In the contract I signed, I agreed to a custom built cabinet. The cabinet was not built based on our “custom” measurements, instead “standard” measurements were used to build this cabinet, we lost 6” of storage space at the front of each top drawer because the “standard” measurements used for the plumbing were significantly larger than the actual measurements that were taken for where our plumbing would land. The drawers for the cabinet were measured incorrectly after the sink plumbing was completed, the bottom drawer did not allow enough space for the plumbing so the drawers needed to have a notch cut into the back to fit, which decreased the amount of storage space again. The owner refused to take responsibility for the issues and blamed scheduling issues on an employee who was recently fired.

  Just a few words to explain my experience with this company and specially the guy I assume is the owner, "****". We paid the 10% deposit months before the beginning of the actual work, we started receiving statements from the financing company and tried asking this guy to contact them and tell them to start our 18 months from the month they'll start the work. He promised he'll take care of it. One week after the start of the work I tried contacting him again, no answer and no call back for almost a week. I was finally able to talk to that *** and he seemed annoyed from the moment he picked the phone, I understood really fast that he never had any intention in doing what he promised and didn't let me talk over the phone, he hanged up on me a first time. He called me back 30mns later, I told him his attitude was not right, he got angry and hanged up one more time, calling me "stupid son of a bitch".Sir if you read this, understand that when somebody is paying 50K for a bathroom remodeling you shouldn't behave this way and call this person a stupid son a *****.If you want to overpay for your remodeling job and be insulted over the phone by the guy you're feeding go for it, work with this company.We just started the job so they have a lot more to do in our home, I'll visit this guy in person and see how he will behave, I'll update this review as we go, I already feel it will be a massive s*** show...
