    After months of the business violating it's contract, I decided to cancel the service. Now the business is making me honor a 3 month notice policy. I have provided the business pictures of their employees not working and sitting on my property, they have not stayed the alloted time that I've paid for consistently, they've left my water running after testing the system leaving me with higher water bills, and overall subpar service. A review of ****** reviews shows that this is consistent practice for the company.

    They have been a customer for 3 years and now have a problem with the amount of time we spend at their property???

    They contract for front yard only for only 15 mins each month. The crew spends ***** mins each and every month and was doing front and back until someone caught on. He now expects front and back to be done when he only contracted for the front. I don't think as a company asking for 3 months of notice to cancel is too much to ask for...

    Today the workers showed up on my property and one blew out my yard for less than 5 min while the other one day across the street. After the 4 min of blowing, both workers say across from my property for the remainder of the paid time. I called to speak to a *** and was on hold for 5 min before being asked to leave a message. Terrible customer service. Continued violation of their contact. Refund my money for this month and cancel any future appointments and charges.

They have not fulfilled their contract and I have to call after every service to have them actually do the work as evidence in my last response.  They should have a record of multiple complaints emails and calls over last 18 months.

    My lease ended and I moved out of the property where services were rendered. I have not signed a new lease anywhere as I am moving 1400 miles away. I am staying with friends for now. I submitted a copy of my lease which was on the list of things that I could submit to show proof and now it is rejected because they want more info. They trespassed and provided services and new tenants are in the home. I am not paying for services of a home that no longer live in. I provided what was asked. And dont have time for the back and forth. I even gave them the property management company so they can verify that I do not live there. This company tries to bully people.

    When canceling an account we are very simple. We will except almost anything. She stated to us that the original owner was moving back in. All she needs to send us is the text, letter or email that asked her to move out. Like I said we are very simple. All she sent was her original lease agreement which only shows us when she moved in.

    I have not been getting the services agreed upon and paid for since May, 2024. In May, I requested the bushes along the driveway be trimmed back. Following the May ******** I notified the company the bushes were not trimmed back and was assured it would be done the following month (June). It was not. Following the June ******** I notified the Company that it again was not done, along with the numerous other services that were not being performed. I also provided pictures demonstrating the state of the yard, including overgrown walkways, turf missing after ******** trellises dismantled, etc. Not only did I receive no response, but nothing was addressed during the ************* Based on three months of bad ******** I advised I was cancelling the service. Cacti advised I could not cancel for 90 days and they would continue to service the property through October, relying on a landscape agreement signed in 2019. The agreement specifically included trimming which as I advised them had not been done in several months. I pointed this out, along with my numerous communications to the Company, but they simply stated they did not "warranty" their work and did not breach the agreement. I have advised they are not to enter my property or charge my card. They have responded they will simply create a balance for the three months of service and presumably send it to collections to destroy my credit. The Company's effort to require me to continue to pay for an ADDITIONAL three months when I have NOT been getting the services for which I have paid the LAST three months is mind-boggling, particularly when the lowest level of customer service could have avoided this result. All I want to do is stop paying for service I am not getting without the threat of collections or impact to my credit. The Company has all my texts but I also attach hereto. Service is $90 per month

    I have been getting double charged for their services. I had two properties due to buying a new home. I canceled the previous property but was still charged. I called in and was told that my February billing would be credited however, I was charged again because the rep didn't transfer the credit. When I called I asked to just end the contract but the supervisor who called back was very rude. He stated I never called even though I knew about the credit which was handled earlier in the day, called me a young boy because I said bro, and called me a f****** idiot because he didn't like me pointing out the facts of the call. I asked for the ******************************************************************************************* to collections. They haven't been providing the service requested, my lawn has weeds and slight leaks that was verifed by another company. This company has shown that they only care about themselves due to the fact of adding charges that weren't requested when we made the transfer. I am requesting to be releases and refunded the last two months of service.

    He has a credit with our company in the amount of $160. I thought it was $80. He is in a 3 month notice to cancel contract. I was going to let him out of the contract for just $80. Did not know he had $160. I can refund the $80 if that is ok with him. Or we can stick to the 3 month notice he is supposed to give.

    We have been unhappy with the quality of service for the last few times we received service. I requested cancellation and they said they would not cancel for another 3 MONTHS and if I didn't continue to pay for the service I am unhappy with, they would take me to collections. I just want to cancel. I shouldn't have to continue to pay for something I am no longer happy with.

    We appreciate the chance to respond to this complaint. There is a process for any business when you want to cancel. She never complained until the last service when payment was due. If you have an issue with our service all you need to do is let us know and we are happy to help. She did not do that. She said the crew was no longer allowed on the property. 

    When she signed the service agreement with us she should have read it first. The contract states that you must give 3 months notice to cancel. The account has been canceled and already sent to collections due to the way she acted. We wish her the best but she will need to contact them for payment or finish out the contract.

    These are people coming onto my property. When I originally stated I wanted to cancel, I did not state the reason because I feared retaliation. Then they said they would make the same people who I complained about to come back to my home for another 3 months? And continue to pay for a service I am no longer happy with? With employees that probably don't care about giving me decent service knowing I have cancelled? Who would be ok with that? That is a safety issue. 

    How have I been sent to collections when there is nothing due? I have paid on time and in full for over a year, including the present month. They provided no information regarding this "collections agency" they have sent me to and I have not heard from said collections agency. 

    I have never dealt with a business that could not (would not) cancel a service for a full 90 days. That is a terrible and unethical practice.

    We totally understand your reasoning, but if we don't follow the contract then what is the point in having you sign it. When you sign up for ******* or any other company you have to respect their contract. Why would you not respect ours?

    It clearly states that you must give 3 months notice to cancel or else it will go to collections. And i don't think that is too much to ask.

    Be careful giving this company your credit card for an $80 charge. I called to possibly get service and the young man asked me for my card on file to charge the first $80 when they come to my home. Mind you, my appointment wasn't for another week after I gave him my card info. I called back the following day "literally 24 hr later" and told them I had an emergency so my home owners sent someone out immediately and I no longer get needed the service. They told me my $80 is non refundable. Was never once told I'd be charged let alone non refundable. I'm on a military retired fixed income and can't afford $80 to go down the drain. I did call and spoke to a rep name Justin who "says" they submitted it to higher up to see if I can possibly be refunded". Be careful giving your info to these folks. You've been warned The managers response.... Cacti Landscapes (Owner) 5 hours ago I am the owner of the company. We always stand behind our customers and do the right thing. I would be happy to refund your money if your review was honest. NOTHING you wrote in your review was honest. We always record our calls, we always tell you that we are charging your card and it is non refundable. Your appointment was for tomorrow not next week. Further more I respect our military, so please don't use that excuse when you are a complete fraud. My response back.... Additional remarks: I stand corrected, my appointment was for 2-3 days after I called "As the owner who Called me a fraud" stated above in his or her message vs. calling me to speak about this situation. The call can be pulled up and you will not hear anyone telling me a policy of a non refundable fee. Lastly, I never once used the military as an excuse. I'm speaking facts that it's my only source of income "fixed income". By the owner calling me a fraud shows the lack of customer service they provide. Anyways, Thank you for your support on our military by the way. I appreciate it :)

He was told by our people that they were going to charge his card for $80 and it was NON REFUNDABLE. If he needed to cancel he could reschedule but non refundable. He said ok. NOW, if he would have not started with his rude reviews immediately after the call, i would have reviewed this and probably gave his money back. But he chose to write all kinds of bad reviews and LIE on all of them about the facts, instead of simply wait for me to review the case. What i wrote was my experience. I was NEVER told its non refundable, If this company would like to pull up the call and send to me where one, i acknowledge the call was being recorded and two, i agreed to pay $80 that would be non refundable if i didn't utilize their services, then please do so. Like the owner states, he can review it and refund me my money. I will not stop. I will keep going. If i have to get a lawyer involved for $80.00 then i will simply because the owner is calling me a lie on what i posted on several review channels for others to see when NOTHING i wrote was a lie, OR disrespectful to the company.
