My treatment by much if the staff except for Leya occasionally gave was really disappointing customer service. I was rear-ended was in a car accident 3/17/2023 and was referred to your firm by a client of yours. I diligently followed all advice and directives advised: physical therapy, pain management, injections to relief pain and surgical advice as suggested by your legal staff. I followed up on a regular basis commencing July regarding any progress made and response from the insurance provider of the person that rear-ended me. I was advised that Trexis was slow in responding so I waited patiently. I called back later and was advised that your firm had finally received a response around October. I contacted your firm regarding the poor medical treatment I was receiving and the very poor pain management I was receiving. I continued to reach out to your firm occasionally on a regular basis through January 2024. I facilitated with the response from several medical providers so your team could prepare a settlement offer to Trexis. I received a copy of the document at the end of January 2024. I followed up with your firm on a very regular basis receiving various reasons why the process was taking so long. I brought homemade cookies to Leyah in your office to show my appreciation and she graciously accepted. As a followup I reached out to Leyah, and she mentioned that her Uncle enjoyed the sweet treats. From February to date, I have inquired about the progress o my claim and received conflicting information regarding the receipt of settlement checks receive by your office. I called my insurance provider and confirmed that a $50K check was issued around mid May 2024. My insurance provider spoke with Mike Meyers to confirm receipt. Mike Meyers immediately ( much sooner than expected) called me and left a not so supportive message admonishing me for contacting MY OWN FREAKING INSURANCE PROVIDER ck rec. I called him several days later and he would not take my call.
