    I contacted the company to cancel my service and continued to be charged. I contacted the company ** was assured that I would no longer be charged. That was three months ago and they continue to charge my card monthly.

    The owners of this company also own (Minx, LLC) also own Timesparrow. Neither company processes requested cancellations. I have trying to cancel my Timesparrow account since 2023, yet they continue to charge me $25 per month. I then dispute said amount every month with my credit card company. I have sent multiple email messages to their alleged support and online chat.

    Docket bird is making my information available on the internet without my permission.

    I subscribed to Docket Bird in October 2022 to try out the trial version for 30 days. Before the trial period ended, I went on docketbird.com/cancel to cancel my subscription and interacted with the chatbot. I put gave it my credentials and it said my subscription was canceled. January 1st 2023 I review my bank statements and see that I have been charged over 30 dollars a month for 3 months from Docketbird. I have emailed docketbird and have not gotten a reply. I have messaged them after signing into my docetbird account and have not gotten a reply. Now when I interact with the chatbot to cancel my subscription, it takes the information I provide, locates my file but gives an error message saying there was a problem and it was forwarded to docketbird technicians. You can subscribe easily to their service but you can not unsubscibe. There is no way to unsubscribe from docketbird. There is no unsubscribe tab in the settings or anywhere else after signing in. It feels like Docketbird was setup so when people subscribe for the ************************************************** else why not have a unsubscribe button?

    This company sent me a black mail letter. They said we are following you ************************* and stated that they are going to publish court records about me all over the internet and social media unless i pay them to remove it. I live in ********** and there are laws protecting me from companies like this. I did not put my address i used theirs. Because i dont want you to give it to them, when you give them a copy of my complaint that has my home address. So they can dig deeper. Companies are not supposed to black mail people in this manner. You guys need to really do something about them. The address they use is a virtual company where a physical address is held by a company and they rent out their physical address for fraudsters like this to conduct what they call legitimate business. Im contacting the ******************************* next.

    DocketBird had reached out to my employer soliciting them to follow my case which was discharged prior to my employment. Employer had not requested any information from DocketBird.

    Re: https://www.docketbird.com/court-cases/*******-*********-et-al-vs-******-*********/c-****-2021-cv-21STCVXXXXX Docket bird states, "DocketBird's mission is to provide the public with free access to court documents. However, we understand that sometimes people do not want us to publish certain court records. That's why we make it easy and free to remove cases from DocketBird." I've requested my personal data and court case be removed from the site many times now. This is a family matter and having this online is extending the issue and causing major discomfort to my family. The site offers an expedited removal with a credit card or they insist on a notarized form for a removal. For a fee, they'll do the removal right away. For privacy and security reasons I don't want to share my information with the site and I'd like them to remove the case. I've already provided my CA driver's license to verify my identity. Please help me get them to remove this case asap. With appreciation.

    I was following a specific case and had a subscription for $9.99/month. I unsubscribed and got a confirmation that my account was cancelled but I continue to get monthly billing to my credit card
