      Wage garnishment with no proper contact. I am a homeless single mother who just survived open heart surgery in march of 2024 about to move into a home finally i did not receive any notification from this loan company stating that i was owing them money nor did my HR department according to them I am going to dispute it in court as no judgement was issued to me nor notice of arrears and i do not appreciate my wages being garnished when i cannot even properly care for myself and my teenage daughter on my salary I even stated i would set up a payment arrangement for a loan I do not even recollect obtaining in 2015 if it in fact was even me! i Will be researching and taking this up with Legal aid DEFINITELY

      We had to file a writ of execution to collect the debt.  All client requests should be filed in the North Las Vegas Justice Court as this case is in litigation.  Thank you.

      My employee was sent a wage garnishment judgement from Koster Finance however I was never notified of a court date or served with any paperwork stating they were attempting to collect any money from me. Kosters has never sent me any letters regarding a balance and a constable was never sent to my residence.

      I apply for a loan I felt I met all the qualifications from what the lady told me then she said because I didn't have a payment history or long enough payment history I couldn't get the loan which doesn't make any sense as a consumer I feel violated she accepted my social security under contract and didn't honor her part of the contract when my social is used funds are taken from an account and their paid yet I received nothing my account should be honored I want them to honor their part of the deal or I'll take legal action

We recommend for the customer to contact ******** directly to resolve this issue. Thanks. My credit is a factor but not the deciding factor I'm in litigation with the credit reporting agencies as we speak the credit companies are not accurate and by law when they're not accurate they are not usable by law I have an open line of credit yet companies take my social and use it for their benefit where I receive none it's fraud it's a hoax and I'm not accepting being taken advantage of anymore I will seek civil liability if necessary I was told my credit was accepted then it wasn't not fair practice Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2022/07/22) */ Once the credit reporting agencies have made the updates, please let us know and we will be happy to have you apply again.
