    Not disclosing or giving another option only to sell a battery, that's $266 battery wouldn't last past 18 months and the warranty is only 18 months. What a coincidence! Very shady business practices. Even have the receipt which I was charged for twice and had to dispute. Don't do business with a company that doesn't disclose ALL the information before you purchase a needed product.

    Had a 1 year old warranted battery. Car would not start. Called Mazda roadside service. They sent Pop A lock. After a long 1.75 hour wait told battery was no good. Instead of a jump start so I could go to dealer for free replacement he talked me into a interstate battery. Checked with interstate corporate and was told wrong battery. They called Pop A Lock and told them to relplace it with correct one. After a 2 hour late appoint. wait they put in another incorrect battery. Had to have interstate corporate set up with my dealership to replace with original battery. A lot of effort and stress by me to resolve matter with a company that is very very late in response time and should stick to locks and stay away from batteries. I will never do business with them again.

    Avoid like the plague!!! They really deserve negative stars. They don't care about customers.After my wife and 2 year old were stranded and waiting for an hour and 45 minutes for a battery jump, this horrific group couldn't follow through because of a simple gate code.I received a call at 9:05am and 9:06am from a local unrecognized number - no message.Office called at 9:07am, 9:08am, and 9:09am from a ********, ** phone number. Again unrecognized and again no message.These calls all happened as we are in an election period and getting all sorts of spam political calls.I was at work dealing with a LIVE tv segment that was being filmed.Then it dawned on me that it could be related to my stranded wife and child.I called back at 9:10am to be told - "The tech was already dispatched to another emergency". My wife would now have to wait another hour and a half to get help.Really? Less than 5 minutes and their employee is incapable of using the call box at the gate? I hung up since I was trying to deal with live tv and immediately called the tech back at at 9:13am only 8 minutes after the initial call - it went straight to voicemail. I left a voicemail. No response and no return call.I called ***** back when I was finally free - they are who hired this incompetent group. That is when I was told that "Pop A Lock" now refuses to help my family.If I were you - I wouldn't even give them a chance. They don't care!

    Good Day I will never use Pop A lock again I had the worse experience .I accidently locked my keys in my bedroom my all my keys where in my purse in my bedroom including my cell phone so my sister referred your company to me said that she just used you a couple of weeks ago.So I called as was told that someone would be there in 25 minutes when actually the tech took a hour and 45 minutes to get there and the price that he gave me was unbelievable he quote me ****** cent to pop a ***** door lock. Then I told him that was way to much so he called the dispatch and they went down to ****** which still was just to much so I asked the Tech how long would it take him to do the job he said it would take him a while well it took him exactly two minutes to pop the lock and cost me ******.When I told him I thought it was going to take you a while the tech replied he was good at his job and my reply was no you are good at over charging for a two minute job!

    These folks are Horrible...waited over 2 and a half hours and had to keep calling them and they lied and said they called and a tech was here but that to was a bald face lie because we were parked right behind my sisters car and THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!!!!..Finally we got fed up and asked for a supervisor and they were very RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL and wouldn't put a supervisor on the 📞..LOL GO FIGURE...then they hung up....we called another company and they showed up in less than 30 min....PEOPLE STAY AS FAR AS YOU CAN FROM POP LOCK...to be honest im not sure how these people stay in business...PLEASE INVESTIGATE THIS HORRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY....CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AT A MINUS - 100%....😒😒😒 VERY DISAPPOINTING
