    Be warned, this is the worst cleaning company I have ever had the misfortune of hiring. I hired them to do my floors after having a party at my house. $225 for 3 people, 2 hours. A bit high but I fell for their website, thought it would be worth it. 3 women arrived, looked around my entire 2 story house. Weird since they were only there for the main floor. Within 10 min. I heard so much noise, I found them cleaning the kitchen and bathroom. I asked them to stop and work on the floor. 45 minutes later they still hadn't started on the floor. I told them to start the floor there was only 1 hour left. 45 minutes later all they did was vacuum my concrete floor and wet mop. I pointed out that there were still scuff marks. This did not go over well, the lady seemed very confused and called her boss Kim who told them what to do. When I checked on them they were using Magic Eraser on the entire floor. One with a pad under each foot while the other two were on hands and knees scrubbing away! I screamed at the site, the floor was being scratched and not one of these 3 women noticed! They got Kim back on the phone who was very short with me and claimed that she wasn't informed of scuff marks when scheduling the cleaning. I was shocked, REALLY....scuff marks on a floor after a party were a surprise. I said what are you going to do about the scratches? Kim told me to wait 2 to 3 weeks and they would go away. I asked her to come look at it her self. Kim never to this day has set foot in my house, she refused! 3 weeks went by, the scratches were still there. Kim contacted her insurance company, the next 2 weeks were spent dealing with them only for the claim to be denied. The insurance as described on the website didn't cover my claim so I then asked Kim to pay for another company to come repair the floors. Kim said "I don't have any money, you will have to sue me" I sent her a certified letter which was returned "bad address" although its what she has registered. AWFUL!!!

    Worst cleaning service in las Vegas..showed up to my house, white lady and a Mexican. Came to the door. they were asked if the had a mask before entering the house. Right away the Mexican lady showed attitude about having to wear a mask inside the house. we showed them the house, and they were told to start in the bathrooms.they were also made aware that, this is a Japanese house and they would need shoe covering before entering. again big attitude, and rolling there eyes. they then said they were going to get there cleaning supplies, but returned without them, and said there boss is asking for a cash deposit before they could start, which was not told to us during the scheduled appointment. we agreed and then they went back out to get there supplies. we heard them enter the house and go upstairs.we then found them in the master bath room with there shoes on in the bathtub, after being told about the shoes. they said they had shoe coverings and proceeded to put they on,I thank them, and let them know about the Japanese custom. as i was walking out of the room to let them work,I saw them mumbling to each other a make more faces,I asked them if they had a problem, and the Mexican said i don't want to work like this.and the white lady said here feelings where hurt because she was told to wear a mask and about not wear shoes in my house, she did not like the way she was told, the white lady said, about respecting our house. at this point ,they where very disrespectful, and they where told to get out of our house.the Mexican then went on to say our house was disgusting. she was strongly reminded that she is a maid, and thats why you are here ,which apparently she forgot and came in and wanted to be treated like a house guest. I immediately call the owner and found that the owners attitude was just as bad as her employees. immediately defended her workers instead of listing to her customer. I could see why her employee act in this manner. the owner is allowing typ
