I came to this place (******** Parts) to get a part for a dryer then John referred me to Clint ***, Las Vegas, NV (self-owned Appliance repairman was under A&R Appliance, LV). I had numerous dealings with this Clint from Sept 2021 to Jun 2022 to getting just ONE dryer fixed to have the dryer heat going and the turn-off knob working in sync together and it never did. The last visit from Clint *** was Jun 3, 2022. They didn't follow through with the time we spoke to be at my home for 1-3 or 330 pm but came to my home around 3 pm then rushed out the door around to about 315 pm and still the dryer did NOT work right. I did let him know, via photos and was disgusted by the way he serviced my dryer all this time after making 5-7 visits for it. I have asked him a few times if he's licensed and he said he's taking courses for it. Half the time he has his messages full you can't get through to him but call ******** Parts to text him. This broke the camel's back of my dryer NEVER working right so I called home warranty to pay more for someone to fix it and corrected it AND I finally found out this Clint *** ordered the wrong parts so it NEVER worked right. I question his character to be working in other people's homes as ******** Parts states he's an upstanding citizen working on people's W/D appliances. Folks...I'd be skeptical to have people like Clint who doesn't know exactly what he's doing to correctly work on people's appliances then it never works. It's very disturbing and disappointing to have been referred to the wrong person all this time wanting to get my clothes dried right and not having to keep repeating it on the same day drying it till it dries and it turns off on a non-turn-off knob where you have to watch it yourself. How does one get away working on people's appliances to this day till there are 5 or so complaints about him till he stops working on people's appliances if he doesn't know what he is doing?
