    SOLD MY MOBILE HOME AT MIRACLE MILE MOBILE HOME PARK IN MARCH OF 2022, NEW OWNER MOVED IN ON MARCH 28TH, 2022. I NOTIFIED ************ IN APRIL THAT MY MOBILE HOME WAS UP FOR SALE SO THEY WOULD BE AWARE OF NEW OWNERSHIP. ***** ***** AT ************ HANDLED THE SALE AND SAID ALL MY PROCEEDS WOULD BE GIVEN TO ME ON THE CLOSE. CLOSING WAS THE MORNING OF MARCH 28TH,2022 AND I RECEIVED ONLY THE CHECK FOR THE SALE OF MY HOME. ***** ***** TOLD ME I WOULD RECEIVE THE DUE MONEY IN MY COMMUNITY ACCOUNT 0F $2,673.00 WITH IN 10 DAYS AND IT WOULD BE MAILED TO ME AT MY NEW ADDRESS IN *****, WA. WHEN AFTER 10 DAYS OF NOT RECEIVING MY MONEY I HAVE CALLED AND EMAILED MANY TIMES AND HAVE RECEIVED LITTLE RESPONSE, MIRACLE MILE HAS ONLY PASSED THE BUCK ON THE SITUATION. MY ACCOUNT TO PAY THE LOT RENT, WATER, AND SEWER IS STILL ACTIVE AND BEING USED TO PAY FOR THAT LOT NO.( 21 ). WHAT MIRACLE MILE MOBILE HOME PARK IS DOING IS ILLEGAL AND I WOULD LIKE MY MONEY RETURNED TO ME. PLEASE HELP ME GET MY MONEY RETURNED, I AM RETIRED AND DISABLED AND BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BY ************ PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.
