I purchased a $399 package with RSI for three 1 week travel vouchers with no expiration. It was purchased at the Jockey Club timeshare presentation. I sent in the voucher with the $75 procession fee as stipulated but did not receive access to live inventory. When I call they say they have no record of me and pass me off to another company not affiliated with RSI. I guess I was scammed. if I do not receive what was promised or a refund of all monies I will file in small claims court.Business response

SHOPPING IN DOWNTOWN SEDONA, AZ SOLD A VACATION PACKAGE FOR $99 FOR 3 NIGHT STAY AT SEDONA PINES RESORT WHICH IS WHERE WE WERE STAYING . I PAID $99 ON **** ON 8/5/21 WAS TOLD IT WAS GOOD FOR TWO YEARS ... I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CALL THE PHONE NUMBER GIVEN *********** ON MY RECEIPT AND OTHER NUMBERS ON THE INTERNET AND CANNOT GET ANYONE TO ANSWER. I WAS REALLY AFRAID THIS WAS A SCAM BUT FELL FOR IT.. I JUST WANT MY $99 BACK I ALSO WILL CONTACT THE AZ ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE.. THE REVIEWS FOR THIS COMPANY ARE HORRIBLE ALL OVER INTERNET YET THEY HAVE AN A+ RATING WITH YOUR AGENCY HOW???Business response

Don't believe what you read on the internet we resolve the vast majority of reasonable complaints we receive. We do our best to ensure that all our customers receive what they were promised.
