    I have worked with this organization for many years, subscribing to multiple programs over time, and I have always had very positive experiences! I have been provided CEUs as appropriate, invaluable learning aids, and quality information on a consistent basis. Doug has always responded in a timely manner and never fails to exceed expectations. I have always gotten my money's worth with this company's services and plan to continue to patronize them in the future. I trust them with my coding education, the importance of which cannot be overstated.

    I have taken classes with Doug for many years and find him to be a very engaging and knowledgeable speaker. He has presented to my coding chapter several times and has saved my chapter meetings on more than one occasion when he has stepped in with no notice and delivered a spectacular presentation. If you are looking for quality education, especially on Risk Adjustment, AAOMCP and Doug are the place to go!

    I originally met Doug many many years ago when I took his Risk Adjustment training course. Doug has always been very helpful and approachable. I know that if I ever need to contact him with questions he will respond quickly. I am so happy that I have AAOMCP as a resource. I am currently taking the 2024 CMS HCC Methodology Changes Training Series and it has been very beneficial. It is a very reasonable priced series that is actually priceless information for RA coders.

    I have worked with Doug ****** and AAOMCP for several years. He was extremely helpful in the transition, as I was a lifetime CEU member with the previous company and AAOMCP honored that agreement. He personally helped navigate the new website and ensured any necessary account updates occurred. AAOMCP has offered many relevant educational programs for Medical Coders at a reasonable rate.
