    I have been purchasing CPAP products from the CPAPSTORE for well over 5 years now. On November 14th 2023 I went to purchase a new CPAP machine and told the associate which model I had and how it worked great for me. Rather than selling me what I currently used he sold me on what he called the "latest & greatest" new machine. I trusted him and based on his recommendation I purchased the unit for $ 1,487.99. For whatever reason this unit has a different cadence than my breathing pattern and works and sounds different than my current ResMed CPAP. For whatever reason it is noisy and makes a popping sound that keeps me awake. Since I couldn't get a good nights sleep I went back to the associate and explained to him my concerns and he stated it was common and he adjusted the machine to a different setting. Unfortunately the adjustment didn't work and after struggling for weeks with bad sleep I went back again and told him I am really having trouble sleeping with this unit. He said he couldn't do anything but assured me he would speak to the owner and she would reach out to me about purchasing the unit I originally requested. After waiting 3 weeks with no follow up phone call I went into the store again today. The associate acted as if nothing had happened and I felt betrayed. The fact they have no empathy or consideration for their clients who spend thousand of dollars on CPAP equipment that is sold at an enormous markup is disheartening to say the least. I rely on my CPAP for my quality of life and the fact this company blatantly ignored my pleas for assistance is just unconscionable and demonstrates this company has no integrity or compassion for its customers. My only reason for writing this long review is to hopefully prevent someone else from making the same mistake as I made in entrusting this store with their sleep care.

    I ordered a full face sleep apnea mask from cpapstoreusa.com and received a nose pillow mask even though the accompanying invoice had the correct mask. I contacted customer service by email and included a picture of the wrong item and the shipping info. Their response was that the box was opened and they had a no return policy for open items. They refused to accept responsibility for sending the wrong mask. They did not refund my money. Suzan in customer service was snarky from the onset. The best advise they gave me was to take my business elsewhere. I purchased the same mask from ********.com, who was so much better to deal with. STAY AWAY from cpapstoreusa.com! Low integrity!

    Made a purchase for $11.99 shipping was to be free, product did not fit and I returned it and reordered the correct clip. I paid the return shipping of less than $1.00. I was given a partial refund of $8.00. when I called them, I was told they kept $3.99 to cover their shipping. I asked that they send me a copy of this policy that the customer would be aware of when ordering. They called me back and said they could not find anything.
