            I have been using this company for my CPAP Machine and supplies since September 2023. Even though they are required to provide billing statements and documentation regarding payments they refuse to do so. I believe they are not being forthcoming in what is being claimed through my insurance but will not provide the documents to validate this claim . I also believe they are charging me for more than what is owed. Have repeatedly called and requested all documents relating to my account to include charges and payments to no avail.

            Warning: Do NOT order any medical supplies from this company. I am covered at 100% and they tried charging an "agency fee" of $52.17. When I inquired as to what this was, they could not explain it to me. I phoned my insurance and learned there is no such fee and I should not have to pay anything out of pocket. To be fair, they followed up by phoning me an hour after I canceled my order saying they would waive this strange fee, but I am going with LinCare who is reputable. Who knows how many unsuspecting elderly clients they were able to make money off of for an unauthorized fee?
