    I paid for $602.55 worth of services and wasn't able to use them all up due to ************* skin flaring up. They basically took my money because they told me through text that my deal "expired". Mind you before my deal was about to expire, I came to their office and talked about my deal expiring and that I didnt want to book anything until my flare up calms down. They assured me that they'll give me credit for the services I wasnt able to use. They never honored their word and won't give me credit even though they definitely told me that in person. I have 2 services left which is about $250 worth. Im not sure what their fineprint says about package deals (which is what I paid for). I know they dont issue refunds so all Im asking for is a credit if they cant refund me. Also, I sadly dont have written proof of what they told me as it was in person but Im sure their cameras caught it.
