The owner of this company, ***************************, has created a series of companies ranging from the ************************** of ******* to FidicuaryRx, LLC dba TransparentRx through which he charges a costly fee for a course he offers in pharmacy benefit management. The course materials are outdated which results in the this course being overall useless if you are working in the dynamic PBM marketplace. Despite this being brought to his attention, he refused a refund. This issue has been reported to the Society for ************************* (SHRM) and the university that he reports as a course accreditation agency. Given his unwillingness to pick up the phone and discuss a refund, which clearly demonstrates a lack of integrity, be wary of paying for any courses offered through his company(s).
