      On 9/1/23, I placed 2 orders:Order # ***** for 3 holsters, totaling $119.97. They were delivered on 9/8/23.Order # ***** for 1 ankle holster at $24.97. It was delivered on approximately 9/15/23 I emailed Dinosaurized Army Store on 10/5/23, requesting a refund. *********************** replied and asked if I wanted an exchange. I replied NO and said I wanted a refund. This went back and forth SIX times, where she kept stalling and stating, Please give us another chance, were just a small business. I reiterated every time that I wanted a refund because their holsters dont fit me right and dont function properly. She has now stopped responding. I would like a refund for $144.94 and an address to ship their holsters back to.

      Returned order ***** for refund 8/39/23 by signature **** priority and return shipping paid by me. **** tracking states "can't access delivery address". Contacted **** and was told the business had to initiate another delivery time which has not happened. Contacted seller and was given the runaround saying they issued a refund and paypal was reviewing. Going on a month now and no response from any contact attempts. Opened case with paypal. Fraudulent company, avoid at all cost.

      The claim of my account being hacked is a lie.  They're only trying to aquire personal information to hack the account themselves.   I guess s******* me once wasn't enough for them.

      This company falsely claims that we sell and/or have reviewed their product and rate it 5-stars. No such review has ever occured. We do not sell or endorse their products in any way and want all mention of our business removed from their site.

      I ordered a product and was told it would take 3 to 5 days to receive a tracking number. I have not received it 7 days later. I contacted them. They said give them a few hours to get me tracking number. They told me my holster was sent 5 days ago. I'd it was in fact sent, they would have a tracking number. That tells me it's all a scam. I've already been charged for or.

      On or about 10/23/22, I ordered a holster from Dinosaurized on their website. $41.23 was charged to my Discover card, and I received email verification. I ordered the holster in size extra large. I received a holster in the mail on 10/28/22 in a smaller size. I measured the length of the holster and double-checked my order to be sure that the wrong size was sent out and that I did not order the smaller size by mistake. I emailed the company to request info on how to make an exchange for the correct size. When I did not receive a response, I emailed again and received no response. I had to do some searching to find a phone number for this business because it is not posted on their website. I called the number during business hours and left a voicemail message because they did not answer the phone. In my message, I noted that I had viewed the other BBB complaints against them and advised that I would file a complaint also if they failed to respond. They have my money, I have a holster I cannot use, and they will not respond to me. I want a refund or an exchange for the holster I ordered.

      This was over a year ago.  After weeks of going back and forth with these con artists, I finally got my money back.  They should be investigated for deceptive trade practices.

      I have ordered a holster (Order# *****). I have received email confirmation that order is confirmed, shipped but I haven't received any product. I emailed customer service, there response came with Tracking# ****************************** on August 21st, 2022. I started checking this tracking number everyday on **** website, this tracking number never showed up in the tracking for ****.

      I bought a holster on Dec. 17, 2021. It never arrived. I contacted them in February. They claimed that they sent another one and a USPS tracking number was issued on March 3, 2021. USPS is still waiting for the product to arrive at their facility. Please Help! ***************

      Keto strong sent me 6 bottles instead of the one I paid for but charged me for all six in two transactions which I did not authorize. I returned them and have tracking details to prove it, bottles were never opened and they still have my money. I have sent emails with no results, out $400 if you count the product and the fraudulent purchase of 5 additional bottles.

      I placed an order #***** with this company and for many weeks never heard anything from them, When i inquired about a refund they gave me a fake tracking number. This number shows an item being delivered to TN, Which is a far distance from my home in **. I have emails of our transactions from the support team feeding me bad info and assuring me that all is well. I have been scammed and even though its only 50 bucks it is still wrong for this company to do this, I also have screen shots of this item with my correct address on the map and the incorrect address of shipping from their web site. I have sent messages/emails on both ******** (from their ad) and to the support contact asking for a callback to get a refund. All i got was crickets.
