I signed up for Stickr and agreed to have an advertisement on my back window and upload a picture on the 1st of every month in order to get a commission averaging $200/month. I was told I'd be charged a $10 monthly fee that would be refunded as long as I uploaded my photo. I've done this for 3 months now, done everything on my part, and they have done nothing but charge me. They "no longer" refund the monthly charge. I paid $175 + to sign up, and have been charged $30 in monthly member fees and yet I've made $11.79 month 1, $4 month 2, and $0 month 3. It's an obvious scam.Initial Complaint

I signed up for the service and they sent me the sticker, and I put it on my car. I drove around for months, making sure to submit proof of displaying the sticker within the allotted timeslot. When it came time to get my payout, the company ghosted me. None of my emails have been answered. I would like to get my money back, but I know that it's never going to happen. I signed up on March 3rd 2024 with Stickr to advertise on my wifes car. It took 2 weeks to get the Ad sticker which arrived on March 14th 2024. I then had to verify the Ad was installed by sending a picture to the company. After installing the Ad I was told that I would be paid on the 5th of the month after I submitted a acceptable photo for the next month I checked back on April 5th and discovered that they paid me for 2 weeks of advertising $10.17 **************** com gift cards of $200.00. I was then told that I had to withdraw the funds to be paid to my PayPal account but was then told via Email after attempting to with draw the funds their policy requires me to wait an additional 35 days for the money to be loaded into my PayPal account. I tried to withdraw my funds on 04/6/2024 and checked my account to see if it was there after 40 days I checked my PayPal account and no transaction. I then phoned the customer service at ******************** I spoke with I ***** who checked my account to see the issue, She explained that it should have been loaded but then said it was still processing and the system was updating which should be complete by Tuesday of next week. I explained that its been well over 35 days and this is unacceptable She apologized and said if it updates by this evening she would call me. I am requesting my Payment o $19.79 to sign up and my $10.17 for my April payment and the .$.48 for the month of April. This company is being paid to have me advertise but does not pay me for the advertising then the gift cards can only be accepted by certain restaurants which complicates things furtherInitial Complaint

Failed proof system, no refund after realizing there is no payment structure for the drivers. I want my $160.71 that was paid on 1.9.24 today is 4.11.24 and no payment for being a driver for them other than $16.** Wasted money and time. I have plenty of gift cards but NONE of them are true gift cards. They ALL come with an expectation of spending an equal amount to get the free gift card amount. I paid extra with the campaigns thinking I was getting counted as two drivers AND being paid for five stickers. How is it possible that $3.60 is DOUBLE for the entire campaign population?I believe this is false advertising on their part. I was also charged another $9.99 on 4.10.24 with no explanation. By the time drivers realize that the payments are not as they said and when you request a refund its too late per their terms. Fail proof plan? Seems so to me.Initial Complaint

The details surrounding these purchases in advertising affiliate membership included a statement that the monthly fee charged to members will be credited back each month for as long as the member has an active membership or subscription. This was the case for the first month, but has since stopped being credited to my account. I paid for almost all of the extra add-ons making my initial payment $127.72 with three additional monthly transactions of $9.99. This brings the total charged in 90 days to $157.69. I have been given cash earnings during that time of $15.91 and a whole pile of Reataurant.com gift cards. These gift cards are worthless and most have conditions which need to be met such as $25 off a meal of $100 or more. Theyre coupons, not gift cards. And your account can only make use of one $25 gift card at a time, so there is no bundling of multiple gift card (coupons).Initial Complaint

Company charged me now for two months and I never received the product they were supposed to send me now Im paying for a membership that does literally nothing. I want my money back and to not be subscribed any longer. I tried to submit online but the website wont allow me to log in. This is robbery.Business response

On March 5th 2024 I was supposed to receive payment for driving with a sticker on my car for this company.. I had to pay $10 I was promised back but then they changed their rules and I didn't get mine back which was frustrating but now.. they owe me another $10 and some change and they haven't done it. They changed the terms of their subscription immediately during the first month I purchased it. There was a one-time enrollment fee of $13.99 which was to have been refunded but their immediate change was that they were "no longer" issuing the refund. I therefore cancelled the subscription immediately. They are STILL withdrawing the $9.99 monthly fee from my checking account and refusing to cancel my "cancel anytime" subscription. They owe me $39.96 for monthly fees withdraw after cancellation, and $13.99 enrollment fee which was paid under the agreement that they would refund it. They won't even honor my written cancelation notice.
