On 8/19/2023, I sold my 2008 Springer Screamin' Eagle motorcycle to Red Rock Harley Davidson. At that time, I signed all sale paperwork to include signing over the title. I was told that a check would be sent to me in approximately 3-4 days. I worked with ****** at the establishment on 8/19/2023 to effect the sale. // On 8/22/2023, I received a voice mail from ****** ************ that the check was ready and that she needed to confirm my address. I was told on that message I could call or text my response. I did BOTH - I called AND I texted. Both that voicemail and my text response is included on this complaint. ****** did not respond to either my voicemail nor my text, but honestly I didn't feel like I "needed" a response as I provided the info she was looking for. I assumed this was the end of it and I'd soon be paid for the sale of my bike. //On 9/11/2023 at 3:17PM, I texted Gabbie, the original person I worked with on 8/19/2023, telling her it had been quite some time since ******'s message that she was forwarding the check, and the check had not been received. I received NO response whatsoever. //On 9/13/2023 at 5:28PM, I left a voicemail for ******* in Accounting at Red Rock Harley Davidson, explaining that the check had not been received. I received NO response whatsoever. //On 9/16/2023 at 1:36P, I left a voicemail for ****** or ***** in Accounting at Red Rock Harley Davidson, explaining that the check had not been received. I received NO response whatsoever. //At this point, I have made numerous attempts to contact the establishment, all with ZERO responses whatsoever. I am regretful for signing over the title without collecting my money first. //I want my money. I want the agreed-upon $6,745 purchase price documented on the attached paperwork for the sale of my Harley ******** motorcycle to Red Rock Harley Davidson.
