    Move 4 Less:Initial charge: $269 Booked on 3/9/24 Move on 3/10/24 (charged extra) Charge before taking our stuff out of their van: $112.50 didn't take small extra stuff: a small table, small lamp, 2 chairs, and a small chest -it wasn't on initial request but they were small things. initial request only included queen *** frame/queen ******** & 3 person leather couch.I texted them about extra charge - they tried to explain & sent an invoice. Then I texted them again about what my wife said regarding the day of the move (I wasn't there as I was working). I asked them for a refund of the extra charge ($112.50) especially because they didn't even take the extra items. My wife said she saw the time on the iPad when they got there and it was less than 1 hour. And then they refused to bring the furniture down till she paid. They said the charge is 269 and my wife argued that I already paid. And she said the iPad showed zero balance but they called the office to confirm then they changed it to 116. And when she asked what the extra charge was, they said it's because they waited at the house for 45 minutes when that wasn't our fault because I gave instructions to call my brother. My wife said they were arguing for **************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** the house. This is bad business and bad customer service. We wouldn't even make such a big deal about the extra payment if they took the other small stuff, the truck was big enough to fit it all. But now I have to grab the other furniture with extra hassle. I would like a refund on the 116 please. The stories that they were telling my wife is not adding up. And what moving company refuses to bring the furniture out of the truck till payment. I've used moving companies multiple times and I always paid after everything was setup, not before they remove it out of the truck.

    I would give this company 0 stars if I could. My experience was extremely disappointing. As many reviews mention, the manager, Dave, is arrogant and lacks communication skills. He even gaslights customers who report property damage or bad experiences. When I tried to schedule an appointment, the office assistant was clueless about financing and pricing, constantly needing to consult Dave. I requested a call from him, but he never followed up. When I finally reached him, he was vague, rushed, and insisted on overcharging for the move, promising a refund via Cash App or Zelle if it took less time. After confirming the appointment, I saw I was only booked for 2 hours instead of the 3-4 hours Dave insisted on. When I called to clarify, Dave got angry, canceled my appointment, and hung up on me. His behavior was unprofessional and deceitful. Avoid this company. I think the reviews on ****** are fake. The manager's arrogance, poor communication, and unethical practices set his employees up for failure. Karma will catch up with him.
