Do not, at any cost, use this company for your move. They will charge you thousands in hidden fees, will not stick to their delivery windows, will deliver broken furniture, and will take no responsibility for their errors. They were contracted for my move through ******** Van Lines. ******** called and emailed me during the week my delivery was due (11/27) to say that South West Van Lines would not be able to deliver my furniture until after 11/29. When they showed up to deliver on 12/7, they charged me an extra $1400 for the delivery. They claimed this was because they tried to deliver my furniture on 11/27 - despite ******** saying otherwise and despite there being no incoming calls in my phone records from this company (I even checked with my mobile provider in case my phone messed up). They then held my furniture for this ransom and demanded payment in cash or Zelle (which is highly suspicious for a “legitimate” company). Multiple items of furniture were broken, nearly all of my (individually wrapped in bubble wrap) glassware was shattered, frames were destroyed. Even the pickup was terrible. The movers missed their pickup window and did not tell me until halfway through it that they were going to be 4 hours late. When those 4 hours came and went, they called again to say they would be another 2 hours late. They are not reputable. Do not use them. And if you use a company like ********, insist they do not use this company as a service provider.

The worst possible movers. If you value your money & your household articles go elsewhere. They are, in my opinion, crooks. The packing job was the worst in my 12 long haul moves.

If you want the worst, least profesional, worst packers, and want your belongs damaged and beyond repair......by all means use this disgusting group of scammers. They don't deserve the title Movers. They were sent to us by Coast to Coast Movers so beware of this group as well!

Avoid this mover at all costs!!

We were moving from MT to KS and had started the process with Budget Van Lines 2 months in advance. We were told there shouldn't be any issue with finding a truck for moving and told us it would be on a semi truck and that I would be paying by cubic foot and each additional lineal foot of space used on the truck would be $120/lft. We got all the down payments lined out and 2 weeks before the move they said that South West was going to be the movers for us and gave the delivery window of May 17th to May 20th, which the 20th is when the new owners of our house were taking possession of the house. On May 18th Eli from South West called and said that he was leaving NV and he had to do a drop in OR and WA and didn't know when he was going to be in MT. When I reminded him of the pick up window all he did was blame his dispatch for over booking him. Budget wasn't able to find another mover so we were stuck with South West. On the 19th Ali from South West's dispatch said that they should be there the evening of the 20th which never happened and was told by Eli that it would be sometime on the 21st. The new owners of the home were nice enough to let us keep our stuff there while we sorted this disaster out. Called Eli on the 21st and he said he was still in WA and that he would call when he was in MT. When they finally showed up at 4pm on the 22nd (2 days past pick up window) he immediately said he was going to charge more before even looking out all of the house and wouldn't start loading until I signed new paperwork that it was $6000 EXTRA to move us or I could leave my possesions there. We had no choice but to pay the extra because technically that wasn't our house anymore and we needed our stuff out. While loading, Eli's helper told me that they didn't leave NV until late on the 18th so they knew they weren't going to be there on time. Terrible company and would advise to not let anyone book them for you.

Good morning, we went over your paperwork that you signed. What we found is that the reason the price changed is because when you first booked your job with budget van lines you stated that you have 90 items to be moved. When our driver (Eli) showed up you had a lot more items (253 to be exact) then listed. After you had a conversations with our driver Eli at your residence, he did the revised estimate which you agreed and signed. I have all your signed contracts, I will forward it to the BBB.
