    I’ve bought/leased four cars in the last four years for my family. Unfortunately on my last visit to turn in my old lease and get a new one, they promised a lot of things they never delivered on. They told me they would make my remaining payments and cover the disposition fee if I leased a new car, but ultimately they didn’t and I was left on the hook for it. When the new lease showed up on the hyundai financing page, the old lease was removed, leading me to believe it was paid off. That was not the case and I was about 6 months late on payments for a car that I no longer owned and was promised would be paid off by the dealership. They screwed me out of money, they wrecked my credit and now they won’t return my calls. Months I’ve been trying to resolve this with them and dozens of calls have not been returned, dozens of voicemails to Lidijia and still nothing. It’s always “I’ll call you back in two days” or “We have to wait to hear from the financing department.” Well, I’ve waited and waited and waited and nothing has been done. Not a single call has been returned. I will never buy a car from this dealership again and I will make it a point to stop anyone I know from buying from here. If you buy here, be very careful of what you are promised because they do not follow through.

    I received a text from one of their salesmen urging me to come in and have a look I said my current car had 0% financing and if her could get me that I would... he came back and said yes he could get that I did an online credit app and made an appointment with him for the next morning. When I got there I was told he wasn't available so Denise said she could help me. I thought I was negotiating a limited Santa Fe so the price seemed about right for what I was getting. They told me the 0% was only available on the gas models and I was getting a hybrid. To make a long story short I got 72 months at 4.99% I never saw the window sticker on the car.... I found it two days later buried in the back. It's a select with msrp at $40065 then with the add on's it came to $42759 I was charged $46560 Once I found the sticker I called them said I believe you made a mistake over charging me and was basically told you signed a contract your **** outta luck. Now I was stupid never checking the car before I drove off in it thinking I got a limited..... they also said they would pay for my registration.... they didn't. I won't be taking it there for maintenance

    ABC Hyundai Has Failed Me and My Family – Please Read and Share I'm reaching out to share a deeply frustrating experience with ABC Hyundai in Las Vegas. My Palisade has been at their service department for over two weeks, and it’s been nothing short of a nightmare. Here’s the situation: The techs at ABC Hyundai clearly diagnosed my car as needing a new transmission. My vehicle is under warranty, and I paid extra for the platinum extended warranty for situations like this. However, because their diagnostic system isn't "picking up" the issue, they claim they can't honor the warranty. For two weeks, I’ve been bounced around. My initial contact was even let go after confirming the transmission issue. Justin *****, the senior service manager, then took over. After their system failed to detect the problem, they had me drive with a tech. Within 5 minutes, the tech felt the transmission "tugging" and confirmed it needed replacing – but somehow, the system still doesn’t register it. Despite texts from Justin confirming the need for a new transmission, Hyundai’s regional manager declined the replacement. Today, they offered me a $500 transmission flush instead, which my warranty doesn’t cover. This is absurd, especially since three different Hyundai reps have told me I need a new transmission. I finally told Justin that I couldn’t take it anymore and might go public or seek legal action. His response? "Come pick up your car. I can’t talk to you anymore." This is the service you get from Justin ***** and ABC Hyundai in Las Vegas. I don’t even feel comfortable picking up my car now, wondering if they’ve done something to it out of spite. No one should have to go through this after investing in a vehicle and paying for top-tier coverage. If you’re considering ABC Hyundai, think twice. Please share to get Hyundai's attention and help ensure they do the right thing. Thank you.

    Avoid ABC Hyundai – Unprofessional and Poor Communication I had my car towed to ABC Hyundai, where Derek S. in the service department was expecting it on 9/12/2024. Once my car arrived, Derek checked it in, and things seemed to be moving along. However, I had to make multiple calls and send several texts just to get any information about what was wrong with my car. Finally, Derek informed me that the engine needed to be replaced, and I agreed to move forward with the replacement. I also contacted my extended warranty provider to assist with the process. Three weeks passed, and I hadn't heard anything from Derek. Frustrated, I reached out to his supervisor, Justin A. Shockingly, Justin didn’t even know why my car was there in the first place. After speaking with Derek, Justin relayed some vague information that made little sense. ABC Hyundai kept my car for at least 7 weeks and failed to replace the engine as promised. Instead, they kept giving me the runaround, saying they needed to "tear down the engine" but never actually doing so. Throughout this whole ordeal, there was a complete lack of communication. I had to reach out to them every week just to get updates. Finally, on 10/15/2024, I went to the dealership myself and got my car back. Their poor business practices and complete lack of empathy for customers are unacceptable. I will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau and other review platforms regarding this terrible experience. I will never go back to ABC Hyundai, nor will I recommend them to anyone. If you're considering this dealership, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

    Words cannot express my gratitude to my service coordinator, I believe her name is Carrie. She is a credit to this mess of a service center I unfortunately took my car to. She took me in without an appointment and expedited the required part overnight to have my car back in my possession as quickly as time would allow. She took great care with not allowing my car to be complimentary washed due to a crack in the windshield. I received my car with scratches all over the vehicle and when questioned about it took my concerns very seriously. Unfortunately her service manager was more concerned with mitigating his Neolithic incompetence with complete disregard for what I had to say and completely could careless about the fact that it was obvious that the car was dry wiped with no care for what the dust and deposits did to my paint..this is not just my opinion, it is the general consensus of the three auto paint professionals that have seen the car. My window was stuck in the down position since Thursday and was in there possession for 2 days and yet even though we had 30 to 40 mile an winds with smoke from the fires he insisted that the swirls in my paint finish were not his problem and dismissed my concerns without any regard for the fact I just spent 27000 dollars cash for this vehicle a month ago. I'm following with massive litigation as well as contacting the bbb and consumer affairs. I couldn't help but notice the myriad of camera angles all over the facility. It will be interesting to see what he has to say about my law firm ordering the camera footage.

    Extremely Disappointed with Hyundai. We purchased a brand-new Hyundai from Henderson Hyundai on April 19th for our son, who recently started college. Unfortunately, just a few months later, at the end of July, the rear-end display camera and Bluetooth plug stopped working. When we couldn't get an immediate appointment at Henderson Hyundai, we took the car to ABC Hyundai for service. Shockingly, we are now approaching mid-September, and we still haven't received the car back. Throughout this process, communication from ABC Hyundai has been virtually nonexistent. We've had to call multiple times each week, leaving several messages before we finally get a call back. Each time, we’re told they are still unsure of the problem and are "trying" a different part. No one keeps us informed—we are always the ones initiating contact. Worse, no rental or loaner car was ever offered, despite this prolonged and frustrating situation. This has been the worst experience we've ever had with a car, and the lack of professionalism and care is astounding. I would strongly advise anyone against buying a Hyundai, as this ordeal has proven to be both time-consuming and deeply disappointing. I have shared my review on ****** and ****, and plan on continuing to share my horrible experience wherever I can so other consumers are not taking for granted as we have been.     Absolute dumpster fire of a Service Department and most certainly dealership. I had the pleasure of speaking with the man that runs this dealership, Steven I believe, and he showed me all I needed to see that this is not a place to be trusted or respected. When attempting to resolve my issues, Steven was quick to balme his subordinates for not catching up on voicemail when he himself had not done so either. Way to shame your employees in front of everyone and not walk the talk. This came up as I had mentioned I left voicemail, but was not sure whose voicemail box it landed in. At any rate, after 4 calls that could never get through to talk to anyone, waiting an hour for a call back that never came, learning this dealership does not provide loaners for service that erquires 72hrs of the car to be left there (asinine), and interacting with the worst . I can definitely say this is a dealership to be avoided. I will be doing my service at Hyundai of Las Vegas where they treat their customers with respect, are considerate, and actually answer their phones and schedule people for service. Absolute shame of a representation of the Hyundai brand.

    went for an oil change and they told me it was overdue for a change of oil. it had been only 5 months and 1k miles put on the car. complained to the service manager justin and he defended that. behavior. that is called upselling the customer. we bought this palisade at ABC, but will not buy another from them. i have sent two others over the years to them, that won't happen again. i thought a better response from them would have been, you are right, doesn't need an oil change, will see you when does really need to be changed. lost our business for life

    Our sincerest apologies if the message did not relay but I show records you spoke with your service advisor Hugo ******** on 5/14 correspondent that the seat part was on backorder until July at which point you were provided a courtesy loaner vehicle at no cost to you. Unfortunately, parts availability is out of our hands and we do everything within our capacity to make it as least disruptive as possible.
