      Although I wish the service was a bit quicker , I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. The employees are nice, real and friendly.

      I financed a 2019 BMW I3S June 15, 2023. I was told the battery needed to be replaced because the car had been sitting for a while (I should’ve taken heed) and the windshield. While the vehicle was being serviced at BMW Chapman was informed about the suspension, but failed to inform me. I could’ve lost my life. The car started swerving uncontrollably while I was driving on the highway. I requested the sale manager to contact me. He called me and said BMW said nothing about the suspension, however I have black and white proof Chapman was indeed informed.

      I purchased a 2017 Jeep Renegade in July 2022. I have had nothing but issues from needing a gas tank to needing the gasoline line completely replaced in order to despence gasoline into the gas tank. Now almost a year later the Jeep went completely powerless as I attempted to go through a traffic light. No power, no lights, NOTHING! I had to get out of the Jeep and redirect traffic coming up behind me. A police officer came and put down flares to warn oncoming traffic and his lights. I found out there was a recall on this year Jeep posted to dealers on 9-3-2021 that was never done on this Jeep. The recall number is W80. I was advised by Jeep Customer Care that this Jeep should never of been sold until RECALL was completed. The recall is the same issue that was with the Jeep. I have a oil change done and put less then 1,000 on the Jeep. The recall was a deflect with that part that has to do with low oil. I could been driving on the freeway and the same thing could of happened and gotten killed.

      In December of 2022 I bought a red 1500 Ram from Chapman off Boulder Hwy. I should have went to CarMax I would be in this position right now. During the test drive I noticed the truck would drift up the crown on the road so I told my sales person name starts with an A if he could have that fixed before I get the truck he said yes it’s part of safety so they would take care of it. They never checked it. After receiving the truck I drove if for a week and contacted my sales person and told him I don’t think it was ever fix he said bring the truck in they would fix it. It took me a week to get the truck there with my work schedule, I dropped the truck off and the mechanic drove my truck around wasting my gas and gas is high and never put the truck on the machine. They told me the truck was fine, I drove it for almost 2 more weeks before the steering wheel became off set I took pictures called my sales rep and told him what was going on. He said he would put me with the used car sales manager, I showed them the problem they took the car drove it around told me there was nothing wrong with it but because I insisted they put it on the machine. The manager was an ass hole like I didn’t know what I was talking about and told me I could not bring the truck back it was my problem now. So I took it to fire stone who actual fixed my truck I had to replace all my tires and when I brought the bill and they know they are wrong they insulated me more buy telling me they would only pay for half the cast of the tires not the repair or any thing else. It cast me $1,674.87 to fix the problems they caused by refusing to fix my truck and only want to pay $500 there is no way I should take any lose on this. My lawyer wants me to sue for 3 times what I paid for the truck if I cannot get the $1,674.87 that’s on the documents along with the documented proof of what was wrong with the truck my next step is to file the law suit this is ridiculous I shouldn’t even have to do this.

      Had my car towed to chapman dodge on December 2022 to have repaired at that time after speaking to them they refusedthe car sent to tow yard and said they was confused had to have it towed back. This has been a car owner nightmare. Chapman has not repaired the car to its correct state of even being able to drive the truck. Chapman doesn't seem to know what is wrong with the car said it was misdiagnosed . 5 months and the car is still not repaired. The side and tire rod& a few other things what was I need of repair. Got the car back before I even drove away I had issues with the tire and each time I take it back it's more wrong than last time. Seems to be about the money almost 14,000 and the car still can't be driven from the lack of test drive from company and making sure the car is safe. I have spoken to insurance company and it seems that Chapman does this often. I had a stroke I just want my truck back in working condition almost 6 months and still no working vehicle? This seems like a scam. ZACk and Andrea has given me the run around and the car is still not repaired today. It is damaging the truck but the mechanic still has not repaired correctly. Not a company I would refer to anyone. Chapman dodge collision doesn't seem professional in fixing the truck correctly. They originally said 10 days we going on 6 months no resolution. No repair only the body not the vehicle you can't drive a damaged car. Recorded all our conversations and still keep changing what is wrong with the truck but they have been paid $14,000

      I just arrived to Las Vegas a month ago and my Jeep needed worked on. One of which being it would not start all time...I would have to unplug the battery and plug it back in. I figured the starter was bad, on top of that, the Jeep sounded louder than normal. When I took it in, Daniel asked me the problems, and doubted me on almost everything, saying that the car started right up and sounded normal. It took them 2-2.5 days just to give me a quote on the repairs. Needless to say, they supposedly found nothing wrong with the starter as they said 'it started up every time for us so it can't be the starter'. The reason for the loud noise was the exhaust had a hole in it, and he mentioned that it would be cheaper if I went somewhere else instead of them doing it. The problem I have is that they did not fix my problems I had, instead they found many other problems, some of which I allowed them to fix due to leaking problems. But overall, if I had them fix everything they found, it would have cost me over $4,000, and that is not even what I went in for. They also took a week to do everything with no communications except to find more problems and ask me to get them fixed. Fast forward a week or two, my Jeep does not start, so I unplug and plug the battery in again and then later take it to auto zone, where they found the issue...surprise...it is the starter. This experience made me not want to go back to this place due to the feeling they just wanted money and not want to listen to the customer, and on top of all that, to not even fix the things the customer wanted fixed. It was extremely hard to get ahold of Daniel as well, I would call in and they would leave a message. I'd wait two or three hours with no call back, and sometimes not until the following day. This has been the worst experience I have ever had at any dealership or mechanic shop to get my vehicle replaced.

      Alex, 1st we sincerely apologize for your experience. The last thing we want is for our customers, especially someone new to our city, to have a poor perception about our agency. Please allow me to explain some things & understand, I am not alibiing anything that occurred, I'm simply asking that you consider this information.

      When you presented your Wrangler to Daniel you indicated that it would not start at times yet it "would" start when using the auto-start function. That's interesting because the auto start function utilizes the starter as well. The only thing it does is bypass the ignition yet you still have to engage the ignition before being able to operate the vehicle. We checked all of the electrical including the starter but couldn't find anything that was a contributor to the problem. We didn't want to "sell" you a starter then later learn something else was causing the issue which would've been improper. We did diagnose the noise as a hole in the exhaust but as we are required to use only Genuine JEEP parts in our repairs, Daniel let you know that an aftermarket source would probably be less expensive for you. Hopefully you recognize that this wasn't an attempt to not fix the problem but to honestly provide information that would allow you to make a decision as to how best to proceed.

      When we are given a vehicle we always perform a complete inspection so as to give our clients a "report card" on the health of their car. That is presented in a green, yellow, red format indicating items that are OK, items that will need attention in the near future & items that deserve your attention at this time. We don't expect clients to repair everything that is noted but we do want you to know what is going on with your Jeep.

      Lastly I want to let you know that we use a "text" system to help us communicate with our clients. Upon check in you should have received a notification that would have allowed you to "opt in" to that method. If you didn't please let me know.       During the telephone call to J.T., he rudely informed me that I NEVER PURCHASED ANY EXTENDED WARRANTY AS HE FIRST LED ME TO BELIEVE. He said there would be NO REFUND. Before I signed the cancellation papers, I had gone into the dealership, I showed him my original contract and the amount I was SUPPOSED to get refunded to me for this warranty to an employee who supposedly worked in the Finance Dept. This man stupidly told me while looking at the contract, "Oh, its on the wrong line!" Unbelievable! During the phone call with J.T., when he told me there would be no refund to me, I told him what all he had done to me and how crooked and wrong it was. I told him I'd find out for myself it there was a refund due or not. I hung up on him as I didn't trust ONE WORD this man said. He called my cell phone twice after that call. He left no message nor called again. I am in the process of taking my contract docs to another dealership to review and see if there is ANYTHING DUE. This dealership did VICIOUS, CRUEL and DISHONEST business with me and treated me like I was an IDIOT on top of everything else. The $10,000.00 I put down (to lower the payments) just about WIPED OUT my savings that I WILL NEVER GET BACK. They thought I was a stupid, old lady with money. I WAS ignorant of how to buy ANY car then as I had not bought a car in over 10 years. Uninformed? Yes. Stupid? Maybe THEN. Now? NEVER AGAIN!

      My Representative is Andrew T. He is good. I have a extended warranty and I have brought my 2013 challenger in several times about a suspension issue and they claim its fine and had a suspension expert look at it. It feels like something is loose with the front sales, I go over bumps speed bumps and car shakes, steering wheel is way out of alignment, had fixed but still the same. I had received several 4 wheels alignment and car still drifts, car feels splashy
