    I had the worst sales experience ever in my history of vehicle shopping with Chevy. I was deceived about the amount that would be given for my trade-in in order to persuade me to leave another dealership and come back to them, but the amount was not honored. Because the vehicle I wanted was at the previous dealership where I was going to make the deal and they had to go the next day in order to pick up the vehicle, I knew my deal was not finalized yet that evening, and against my better judgment because I know better, I went ahead and sign documents although I did not agree With the numbers on the contract because it didn’t fully make sense, but I was exhausted at that point, my baby was restless and figured I could ask additional questions the next day before finalizing my financing. Once I came in the next evening, and another finance manager assisted me in fully understanding all of the items on the contract and what I was questioning, the vehicle sales amount was wrong, I saw that the trade-in value amount was only for 21,500 and not 24K as promised. I had to leave and come back the next day to speak with sales manager, Carlos in which I asked him and the sales rep Adil to be honest and admit that Adil had promised 24K for my vehicle if I came down the same evening to make a financing deal, the sales rep Adil did admit in front of Carlos that that is what he was told by Carlos and Carlos’s response back to me was well, Did you hear me say it and do you have proof that I said it. After the sales rep walked away, Carlos stated that he was just a sales rep and he could say anything to get me down there, I shouldn’t be picking on that young man, but I had no proof that himself actually said that. That was appalling to me and very unprofessional. I met with a manager Pat who explained everything, corrected my contract and I closed my deal with him. Getting a new vehicle should be an exciting experience for people and never this hard

    I’ve had prior issues with Tia location but I didn’t think taking my vehicle in for a replacement battery that I purchased from Chevy which was under warranty I would charged $70 for it. Then they lied and stated when car was dropped off they told the person how which was a lie. I’ve gotten my battery changed at a different location under warranty an labor was only $25. I feel if I purchased the battery from a Chevy dealership that they should give you an option to just pick up a new battery if it cost half the price of a new battery as I couldn’t have changed the battery myself or went to a shop cheaper just to replace battery

    On two separate occasions I have inquired about separate vehicles that are on the dealership's website and asked if these cars were available. On both occasions I was told yes, that they were available and was asked to come down to look at them. On both occasions, as soon as I sat down in front of a representative, I was told that the vehicles did not pass inspection. Both vehicles, to this day, are still on the website. The most recent interaction, after showing the representative my check from my bank, he still showed me vehicles outside of my budget and tried to get me to apply for a loan through their bank. I made it very clear that I have my own financing, I have a set budget, and I did not want to go outside of that budget. Even then, he attempted to get me to buy a car that was three times the budget that I had set.

    Last July 20, 2022, I left my pickup at this dealer with Mrs. Cera ****** to be checked and repaired on Friday, July 30. When I received no response, I called them and they told me that my vehicle would be checked the following week on Monday. August 1 she called me to ask me some questions about the engine filter, what condition was it in when I changed it and I explained to her that it had 30% life left when I changed it and I explained everything via text, she told me that the next day the mechanic would he would check the car, 5 minutes later she calls me that the mechanic had checked it and had found water in the engine filter I asked him when the mechanic had checked the car if the mechanic was supposed to check the next day. I told her to get someone on the phone who spoke Spanish so that they could understand me, and they assigned me to a man named Jason who asked me the same questions about the engine filter and I explained to him the same thing that had been changed at 30% life and that it was normal and fine when it was replaced and he told me that the mechanic was going to start checking it and I asked him how was it possible if Cera ****** had told me that I had water in the filter and that my The extended warranty did not cover the problem and they were giving me an estimate of the price of the repair and he told me to give him 5 minutes to check with the mechanic. I explained that I had connected a scanner and the code was p2635 and p018b. he insisted on checking with the mechanic and calling me back and he never called me back. The next day I called him and he told me that the mechanic had found that the DPF system needed to be replaced and I explained that that was impossible because a month ago the whole system had been replaced with a new one and that is something that you need to run for hundreds of miles for it to clog up and that yesterday they had given me a diagnosis and today another one that they were stealing from my guarantee by inventing
