Corvette Owners, Stay Away! This review is not about individual technicians but rather the lack of management and accountability at Findlay Chevrolet’s service center. I brought my C8 Corvette in for a known dashboard issue, which they agreed to replace under warranty. While the intake process was slow, I had no concerns—until they mishandled my vehicle. Upon return, my car was filthy, covered in mud, and had a scratch on the hood. While the dashboard was properly installed, the A-pillar was torn, the passenger door panel was scratched, and grease covered the interior. I reported the damage, and they acknowledged it was unacceptable, agreeing to replace the B-pillars. I returned the car in clean condition. Three weeks passed with no update. When I called, I learned the car had been ready for days, but no one informed me because my service advisor was out. Once again, the car was returned dirty, with interior stains from an outsourced repair. They failed to return it in the same condition twice. This dealership lacks professionalism, process control, and customer care. Corvette owners should take their vehicles elsewhere.

i was going through a nightmare claim with my warranty to begin with, they seemed to be on my side the whole time leading me to believe that things take time and surely they were doing everything they could to help me, with my diesel truck being torn apart for about 2 weeks now i was having to call and make sure things were moving, i was told once parts were received that the truck had priority to be fixed asap and would have my truck by end of week , come to find out my truck was not torn down it was off to the side and there was a line in front of me with other vehicals that needed to be fixed to get mine in and that was postponing me another 1.5 weeks to get my truck back. they did not seem to care that they lied to my face and makes me wonder of how much more they could have gotten away with that i didn't realize through the process. over all i feel like they took advantage of me for being younger and could have handled the situation more professionally with all the circumstances taken into consideration. the manager did acknowledge the incompetence but did not try to make the situation any better only told me to wait it out.. would like to share so everyone would be aware of how they handle business

My car been in the shop since the second week of March they told me it was an engine problem and I never heard from them besides April 2024 they said I needed a new engine then within a month later come in May they said that engine didn’t work. They need to replace into another engine so when they replaced the engine that didn’t work they said that they need the warranty to verify it to make sure that it does work. I don’t get my car back until August as they gave me my car back in August within 12 hours my engine light come back on as the engine light come back on September 19, 2024 they still have my car. I don’t get no response. Don’t call me. I go up there and they went through five different engines saying basically the warranty and they trying to get approved from them to get another engine in reality , tags expired on my car communicating with me behind my car. I have a 2020 Chevy Malibu and this is coming up to be crazy because you need to communicate with your customers and I’m not getting that so now the last time I talked to one of the guys who’s working on my car said yes I’m better off trading in my car because if it’s not the engine or when they diagnosed it , what’s gonna happen next month too but in reality I want my car .., I’m a single person working two jobs they also inconvenient me because I didn’t never go over to 10,000 miles in the car tried to go take my vacation in July I couldn’t because when they give me they car you cannot go out of town in it…

We brought our 2013 Chevy Equinox Sam ****** claimed he was the top salesperson in Vegas and blah blah blah. I know you're wondering why would you buy a car that old, well we were getting it to give to our son (this would've been his 1st car), but we needed it to run smoothly for at least a year. We understand that older cars come with issues but boy did this one. Sam knowingly sold us a lemon! We got the car in January and had to put it in the shop by March, where it sat until yesterday. That car needs a new transmission, has an oil pan leak, needs new bushings, amongst a bunch of other things. We were quoted some astronomical price close to 13,000 dollars worth of repairs. Obviously we took the car back because Mr. Top Salesperson said he would get us out of that car and into a better one. Well we get there only for Mr. Top Salesperson to now tell us he hasn't been there that long, is in training, and pushes us off on Raul. Raul is definitely in the business of NOT HELPING! All he wanted was to put us upside down in another Equinox with a $500-$700 payment. He was very annoyed with us and was unwilling to even run actual numbers. He kept suggesting that we go home and work out our finances, but finances weren't the issue, trust was now the issue! To add insult to injury they wanted us to sale them the car back for a fraction of what they sold it to us for. The manager told us "well this is what a low car payment gets you" (very unprofessional and you shouldn't be selling cars that need major repair work or lemons). They aren't a good sales team and they only care about making a profit. The car is now with their service team and I will say Dominic (who just got fired and we now don't know what is going on with our car) was amazing and helpful. People go to car dealerships to not have to deal with things like this. No one should have to go through this. We do have an extended warranty on the car that we got through them that won't cover everything.
